Went half on a combo with a friend.I wanted a 8.3.1 lefty and he wanted a 7MH rod Pretty happy with only spending 60 on a pretty decent reel. The Cincy Bass Pro was a total madhouse this morning,The Carbonlite combos were flying off the rack,Saw a guy grab 7 of them. Lol

I handled this rod at Bass Pro today and I was very impressed with it. I use a Falcon Jason Christy 6'8" casting and a St Croix Premier 6'6" split grip spinning for my jerkbaits.

I found a Jason Christie 6'8" MH casting rod in a Walmart clearance bin for 40 bucks. It's been my go to rod ever since,Handles jerkbaits,spinnerbaits and squarebills. I would pay the full retail price of 100 dollars.
