Thinking about getting a new rod. I need your help.
My current Spinning rod lineup: Gen 2 Mojo 6'8'MXF Gen 2 Mojo 6'10' MLXF G Loomis E6X 7'1" 852S JWR Gen 1 Abu Villian 6'9" ML Premier 6'6' MF Split Grip The new Mojos in my opinion are lights out,Great rods for the price.WPCfishing is right though,Hold the Avid or the Avid X and there is a difference. My G Loomis is also awesome,I really enjoy fishing with it.Light,Responsive and for $144 at Field and Stream a no brainer The Abu Villian is probably my favorite stick.Paired with a Stradic FJ 2500,It's well balanced and ultra sensitive. My Premier is the St Croix/Cabelas exclusive that I bought last year.Well balanced, well built and just a fantastic rod. You really can't go wrong with any of the above rods,It's up to you and your wallet and the deals you can find.

Pondering on size of my next spinning reels
I think the Stradic FJ is one of the best reels ever made
-
GLoomis warranty
I picked up a E6X 852S JWR 7'1" at a Field And Stream store a few hours ago.$154.00
- Two very nice rods to consider

Shimano Symetre Binding (Follow Up)
I love bass fishing,But I also chase catfish when I can.Today in the Miami Valley we had plenty of rain.I decided to hit a local lowhead dam on the Great Miami.I used an old Abu Super Seven and a Shimano Solstace 2500.My Shimano was soaked in rain for over three hours and did not bind at all.I'm not saying Shimanos won't bind but I own 7 and have never had a problem
-
Best Braided Line?
I use Power Pro and love it
-
Spending big money on a spinning reel?
I own a Stradic FJ and a Saros FA,With decent maintenance the only reels I'll ever need
-
Risk of ordering rods online
I have ordered rods from St Croix and Tackle Warehouse. Both arrived expertly packed in thick a** cardboard tubes.
-
Should I give St. Croix another shot?
I own 6 St Croix rods,3 old Mojos,1 new Mojo,1 Avid Neo and a Premier.I really enjoy fishing with all my St Croixs and I'm looking forward to moving up to the Avid and Legend Bass series.

St. croix Vs. Powell
