Boat care
I have a 4 year old Nitro I recently bought. I've never had a nice boat before and want to keep it up. I fish Lake Livingston TX and wondered how those of you that fish often take care of your newer boats? Do you wash them each time you come in? Do you just hose them off and wipe them down? I know I'll probably be less fussy next year when the boat is not so new to me.

What lure has brought you the best luck over all other tackle?
Welcome to THE list! I like fishing frogs and poppers. However, worms catch more fish for me.

daiwa vs h loomis frog rods
Both Diawa models are beyond my budget. The highest priced rod I've considered is a Powell at $169 and that's stretching it.

Rage tail anaconda?
For those of you that have been able to find the new Rage Tails, are they catching fish, and are they proving better than other baits?

Fly Rod Weight
I'd recommend a 4wt. to 6wt. If you mostly fish. If you fish mostly Bluegill with occasional trout, I'd go with the 4wt. Lots of fun for Bluegill. 5wt. for Bluegill, trout and an occasional smallie. 6wt. for trout, smallies and occasional Bluegill.
