  2. Is his new pond stocked? If so how old are his fish? If you introduce larger fish into a pond that is new stock or fingerlings you could decimate your new stock.
  3. Here's to ya! Enjoy!!
  4. Thanks for all you do. I have only been on this site a short while but thoroughly enjoy reading and seeing LMB from around our country. R/ Chris
  5. Same here, there are hundreds of retention ponds filled with LM, however they are surrounded by homes that the home owners swear they own and go nuts if you go between houses to access them. Every pond has a city owned buffer zone around them, but home owners swear you are in there back yard. I have had my 6 year old grand daughter with her Mickey Mouse rod and reel out catching and returning small blue gill only to have my backside chewed on by some urban sea hag stating I could not fish here. I was not fishing my grand daughter was, and it was all I could do to hold my Marine Corp mouth back in front of my grand daughter so we just left. R/ Chris
  6. Enjoy your new tackle! R/ Chris
  7. Many factors come into play here Branson, How big of water are you talking, How much cover, there may not even be many fish in the pond. What state? Water Temps etc all play into this game. R/ Chris
  8. That should be a good thing!! The older I get , the quicker time is passing. Go slow and enjoy watching your family grow old. R/ Chris

  12. Great story! and congrats on your P.B. !! Your LMB may be smaller then down south but your deer are bigger, fair trade off. R/ Chris
  13. Below is two pair of Costa's and two pair of Wiley-X. On the left Costa's, "Jose" and "triple tail" On the right is Wiley-X "Brick" and "Knife" I have worn Costa's for about 30 years, They are great glasses with above average customer service. I have returned several pair over the years and they have always helped and exceeded my expectations. Just in the last two years have I purchased the Wiley -X brand. I have found them to be lighter and less fragile "although the Costa's are darn near bullet proof" I have no complaints about either company's product and I always find them the cheapest on E-Bay, No tax, free shipping and best price. Find a pair that you like in the sporting goods store or eyeglass shop then shop on-line. (You will not be disappointed) Just my two cents. R/ Chris
