There are people who claim to have seen a UFO also. With all the hunters, Trail camera's, camper's and vehicles on the roads there is no evidence that one exists. Nor ever has. Just saying. R/ Chris

Back in the day, I guess about 30 years ago, my wife was in the back of our Ranger and she hit me in the back of the head so hard with a 1/2 oz Rattle trap that it knocked me in the friggin lake and was attached to my scalp through my cap. Had to get that one surgically removed. R/ Chris

Left way early on Sat morning caught a couple picture fish and returned to Jax on Sunday morning to get the grill, Ribs and chicken ready for a day poolside with family and friends. This was possibly our last trip of this year unless the temps stay under 90. R/ Chris

This^^^^^ They really like the top water baits with a feather over rear hook.

If the weeds are that thick that you cannot fish a 1.5 then fish a swim bait instead.

The Fl. lakes I fish average 5 ft. deep and shallower with allot of aquatic vegetation, below are my prime must have baits. 1. Stick bait Texas rigged with a 1/16 pegged bullet weight. 2.Pop-R 3. Swimming worm "Cut-R" rigged with a 1/8 pegged bullet weight. 4. Carolina rig floating worm or lizard. 5. Spinner Bait "Chart and white" 6. Square bill Crank bait "KVD 1.5" Only runs about 2-3 foot deep.
