We're all good here. We headed over to my grandmas cuz shes got a basement. It got pretty rowdy there for awhile. My moms best friend, her niece was at Union University which was demolished. She was trapped and it took awhile for them to get her out but shes ok. Like I said Union is completely demolished. They said on the radio that all of the women's dorms were destroyed and all of the mens dorms were destroyed also. A house right down the road from our house has a tree a went right through the middle of it. our family definitely dodged a bullet. Please everyone's prayers go out to all these people. Hey RW is it true that halp the Memphis airport is gone from the tornado?

yea this lake is about 30 minutes from my house and we fish it several times a year. Great place for big bass if you know where to go

first state tournament yea. I've fished the club tournaments for the past year or two

We just found out that a kid from my Jr club had to drop out of Tennessee's state tournament due to a prior commitment putting me into the state tournament on Chickamauga Lake ;D ;D. The practice day will be Feb 29th and tournament day Mar 1st. I dont know where we will be launching from but will find that out in about two weeks at our next meeting. Any tips from anglers who fish this lake will be appreciated. Is this just another typical TN River lake like Kentucky Lake like Im used to fishing or is this a whole other lake?

One word-AWESOME!

Bandit 100-300 series and the Flat Maxx series are by far my favorite crankbaits. I also like the Strike King crankbaits. The only problem with those is the backs will split sometimes. I really like Lucky Craft too but I haven't had a much better catch rate for me to want to pay that high price. I highly recommend Bandits because they are productive and are in a reasonable price range. One problem with Bandits though is that they usually need a little bit of tuning out of the box but they are so productive for me I don't mind tuning them a little bit.

Its official 16-10 Titans over the Colts. I know Peyton didn't play much but we still beat em. We got the #6 seed and are headin to San Diego next Sunday

Even if they are the best team in the nation? Who's better? Hawaii. They got in the Sugar Bowl but deserve to be in the National Championship it is ridiculous that a 2 loss team gets in before an undefeated team like Hawaii. So what if they play in a non-BCS conference like the WAC, they still were the only team in the nation to be undefeated. I lost most of my faith in the BCS when Auburn went 13-0 and didn't get in the Title game. But I have none anymore now that LSU got in before Hawaii
