  1. ;DNo it's,"That's a 4,5,6,7,8 pound bass rite there!"
  2. To answer your first question, no it is not true. They catch every size of bass. When I first used a jig, I just dragged it on the bottom. It's really simple. You can use jigs anywhere and anytime.
  3. Mine would be a tube or a jig.
  4. KVD 100%.

Great quotes Zel. I saw a bumper sticker on the back of a jeep today and it said, "When Bush took office, gas was $1.23." I thought it was funny.
  6. When I'm fishing a tournament and have my limit, most of the time I will just continue doing what I am doing and hope to cull some fish.
  7. Well usually there is at least few fish cruising the flats. I try to get those fish with rattletraps and spinnerbaits. Other then that, I would fish the deeper water with a jig.
  8. I would love to fish Amistad some day. That second picture is sweet.

Now that is one cool topwater!
  10. Well I fished the Missouri Jr. State championship this weekend. It was brutal. 30 degrees on sat. and sunday with snow, sleet, rain, and wind. Water is about 18 foot high, dingy, and about 49 degrees. In my age group (15-18) one fish was weighed in (.8 lbs) and thats it. The younger age group had 2 fish weigh in ( 1 was about 2 1/2 and the other like 2). I would say the best fishing was on the dam....Just keep going up and down with a white crankbait (bandit 200-300) and hope that one will be there. That's how the winner in the older group got his fish. The younger age group cought theirs on white spinnerbaits in the flooded brush. Good luck, it's brutal out there. 2 bites all weekend.
  11. In some states you have to even have a boaters safety certificate/license to operate the trolling motor. Yes, that is correct. We have to have one here in Missouri.
  12. In Junior B.A.S.S tournaments, the adult runs the big motor. The kids can only run the trolling motor.

Sorry for the delay. You were correct. As for that crankbait, it looks like a transformer.
  14. The fish are hitting spinnerbaits down there.
  15. You realize that corn is illegal for fishing for small game fish. I use Gulp corn. Its legal and works great!!! Not everywhere. It's 100% legal here in the mighty MO.
  16. Hmm... I think you might have something there. : X2 8-).
  17. Yeah it will. Like Brett said, some companies make decals. Put your decals on your truck.
