Question to all bass fisherman/women
My dad is a bass fisherman. One day I'll get a big boat and I can pay him back for all he taught me.

Post a photo a day!

Two handguns? :-)
Glock 19 & Ruger Super Redhawk in .44 mag or larger. (I have a .357 Blackhawk but like double action of the Redhawk) One for 2 legged creatures and one for 4 legged creatures.

Top water Question
X2 on the buzzbait. I like to make some noise when I see them busting up like that.

Line conditioner
Not if you use braid! But for real... KVD L&L on everything else not braid.

low alcohol beer with flavor
Jai Alai is the bomb. While delicious and local (to me at least) I wouldn't drink this before your drive home. 7.5% I would; however, pick up a 6'er or two on the way home...

Livingston Pro Sizzle
Got a few in the MTBs. Haven't had much luck with them but every once and a while I can still hear them chirping in the tackle box. I've gone back to the good ole spooks.

What's your go to technique that you have most confidence in?
Good question @Adleyfishes. Half of my bites are feel-bites where I either feel the tap or feel weight on the line. The other half is seeing the line move off in an unnatural direction. In my personal opinion I don't feel that the yellow line drives off any fish so I use it to make it easier to see.

Who uses face shields
I've tried a couple different brands but I've settled with the Simms SunGaiter.

Best Bait/Technique for a Weedy Pond?
X2 It may be called the silver minnow but that gold color is killer.

What new method do you plan to add to your arsenal this year?
Now that I have the boat it's time to start getting those offshore summer bass. Time to learn football jigs and deep divers.

How far can you cast a senko?
Are you using a baitcaster with the senko for the sake of using a baitcaster? I like to keep a spinning rod for all my weightless/finesse presentations. If you have one available I would use it as a 2nd rod. 1. Great performance without the hassel of backlashes. 2. I can always have a senko tied on the spinning rod while I use the baitcaster for other things. If you are really set on using a baitcaster for senkos then you will eventually improve and be able to throw them further. As you upgrade your reels, that will help some too.

Gun
X2 If your dad happens to shoot guns, I would ask him to start bringing you to the range. If not, you will want to get your parents permission to find a place that can teach you how to properly shoot. That way when you turn legal age you will know be knowledgable, proficient, and most importantly safe with guns. Bear defense guns are very powerful and shooting them requires a lot of respect for the damage they can do (to the target AND the shooter). .357 for black bears isn't too bad but I'd consider .44 Mag and up to be the real bear calibers. Like stated above, the most important thing is knowing how to act in bear country. Be loud and let em know you're there.

February/March fishing destination
Come on down to Florida. Fishing should be good for that time of year.

Going back...
When I first moved to Florida from Germany with my parents 14 years ago, we were blessed to be able to stay with my great aunt and uncle (dad's aunt & uncle) while my parents were setting up all their assets. It was a 55+ "trailer park" so there wasn't too much to do for a 10 year old, with no friends, in a Florida summer, with parents preoccupied with house shopping. There is a lake at the end of the trailer park with a little dock jutting out. I used to take my uncle's poles and using some crappie nibbles, would slay bluegills under that dock for hours on end. Sometimes my dad would come but I was mostly alone. That little spot made the transition back into the US a little easier. They moved out to California to be closer to their children and are now in a nursing home, but I will always remember and be thankful for their kindness. That little dock always reminds me to face the unknown and accept change, but it most importantly reminds me of family and the importance of helping others.

Anyone own/carry a P938. Thoughts?
Something that slipped my mind, but that was definitely a turn off of the first LCP.

Anyone own/carry a P938. Thoughts?
Very good point. Point and shoot is a good skill to practice.

Anyone own/carry a P938. Thoughts?
True, @fishballer06. That would also help me save up for the new Mini 30 ranch... How's the trigger on that thing? I remember I wasn't too fond of the one on the first LCP. Sights the same as well?

Anybody have any experience cast netting shad or shiners?
I only ever used one fishing from a friend's dock so take my advice with caution. We would normally crush up stale bread (sometimes he had bags of fish food) that we would chum an area up with. We would come back some hours later to collect the fish, it was usually around 3-4 hours. A 5' - 6' net should do the trick just fine. Just make sure to check your state regulations. In Florida, we can't use cast nets to catch bluegill for bait, we have to catch those on hook and line if we want to use them as bait.

Anyone own/carry a P938. Thoughts?
Looking to maybe trade in my .45 XDS and M&P 9c to get a pocket gun in the same caliber as my G19. The G43 is nice but man that SIG is something else. Anyone have any experience on it and can give a run down on the pros and cons? My top criteria is reliability. Thanks,

Love me some baby brush hogs.

SpinnerBait Fishing?
Bass have a habit of biting off more than they can chew sometimes. There'll be 10" bass striking 7" worms at times. Best of luck to you.

SpinnerBait Fishing?
Maybe you'll attract a DD, that'll beat a 3lb'r If you feel it's too big you could always try another size/brand. I like the gold War Eagles in 1/2 oz.

SpinnerBait Fishing?
Hit any cover you think holds fish, you can get it in some surprisingly thick stuff. You many want to consider a stinger hook if they are short swiping.
