Yamamoto Senko's and imitations
As George stated... EXPERIEMENT with different brands. Just remember one thing. NOT all KNOCK OFF baits are the same. You have to make sure they do what you want and are and the quality you desire. Some are 1 BAIT - 1 FISH baits, which means they rip or tear after just one fish. Some sink faster than others, some are softer than others... some have more action and then some just SUCK! Some use rubber molds...some use aluminum which definately produces a different end product.

Super Flukes, salty or not?
I perfer NO SALT. I weight the heads of my flukes when I pour them and do not need salt in them to make them sink. I use flukes as a jerk bait 90% of the time. The other 10% I use them as a super dropshot bait (with no weight at all in the fluke ) or on a Hookerz Tackle Shakey head jig. WORKS FOR ME... ;D

Shaky worms and jig heads
The technique is very simple. You dead stick the shakey worm with a twitch of the rod tip now and then. DRAG it back to the boat...DO NOT hop it like a regular jig. Let the shakey worm do the work. Generally the correct shakey worm has no salt in it and will float the tail up with plenty of built in action. Use a rod that is light to medium action with a fast tip. ALSO use a light line 6 - 8 lb is good. I also use fluorocarbo for my shakeys. You can't go wrong as long as you fish it S~L~O~W. Check out our website to see how to rig the shakey worm and also how ours looks in the water tank. We designed this bait especially for the shakey technique.

help with dye
Only way to "ADD" color after a palstic bait is poured is dipping it like mentioned above. The only other way is to have the mold the bait came from and cut off the piece you want colored and re pour that section. Great info from above replies.

Anybody Fish Senkos With A Weight?
Actually it really depends on the weight of the sticks. Some people vary their weight depending on how they want to fish them. Wacky style is regular and they flutter / wiggle down. T rigged and spit shot are usually made WITHOUT any salt so there is not added weight for MORE action. When you buy off the shelf sticks... you get only OFF THE SHELF baits that the mfg sets the standards on. If you want to use sticks with a weight go SALTLESS for more action.
