  1. It all comes from China. Allen
  2. You are not the only one! Allen
  3. Should be in the book they give you with your license. Allen
  4. I have used Sally Hansens hard as nails for years and I doubt it is anymore harmful than hooking and dragging them out of the water? Allen
  5. Pickerral are a PITA and will hit and destroy lures! Allen
  6. Not sure about the dock but that area was closed so they could re-build the bridge. I think the bridge is done now but I haven't been there yet this year? Allen
  7. SenkoSam is who you are looking for. http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/130781-anyone-have-some-soft-plastic-lure-mods-they-want-to-show/#entry1446429 Allen
  8. On the map it looks like they are two different places? So can I fish Anita Louise or is that closed to the public as well? Allen
  9. Around here I just fish for bass in certain lakes and cannot keep yellow perch off the lures. Allen
  10. I am willing to bet that the catfish nation guys had a hand in that? The lower Potomac tournaments I fish I always seem to catch a blue cat on something so I thought they were native to that part of the river? Allen
  11. I do it all the time! Just get a rope and tie it to the trailer. Allen
  12. I am trying to picture this in my head? If you want a spinnerbait with a tube body I suggest a single blade bait that you remove the blade and thread the wire thru the tube then slide it down over the spinnerbait head. Allen
  13. That area I would not recommend unless you have a jet. Water level is either too low for a prop or too strong of current when the river is up. Four Locks is a better option and if you have a small enough boat and 4wd the McCoys Ferry ramp would work. Allen

Rattle cans and some painters tape. Allen
  15. Looks like a Renegade lure to me as well? Allen
  16. I caught all my fish last Saturday on; 1/2oz white spinnerbait with a single silver Indiana blade, and a green pumkin/black/brown jig in both 3/8 and 1/2oz with a green pumkin trailer. As far as spots go I have a boat so I don't know where you can get to from shore. Generally looking at your map I would try two areas; around the ramp the riprap along the road that splits the lake, and the other side under the bridge from where you fished. Allen
  17. You need to use a blue dot just look at Nate's picture. Allen
  18. They were definately more active in the shallows during the morning. Once the sun was out they started hanging deeper unless there was wood. Allen
  19. Fished there today and man was it tough! Managed 4 fish and lost 3 more but like I said it was rough fishing. In the morning fish came on the white spinnerbait but after 10am it was all about the jig. I did find a couple lures back in the stick up area like normal but whomever launched that Stanley frog up into the tree I will tell you that it is not time for those yet. Allen
  20. Take advantage of all the fishing around FT Leonard Wood while you are there. I spent 17 weeks there for MPOBC training and the fishing is great. The only downfall was the cotton mouths that I ran into on the Big Piney. Don't forget about all of us when you have access to all those JDM baits. Allen
  21. Are you the one who had the dog with you? Allen
  22. After you launch take a right at the Y towards the bridge and sore lip every bass on that side of the lake. Allen
  23. Re-send it to me as well as somehow I erased it? Allen
  24. Black Hills is fishing a lot different this spring than the past 3 years but you can still catch some good fish. I have a club tournament there Sunday so I won't reveal what I BrianMD and I found but will tell you there is one bait working really well. Allen

Depends on the specific bait? Personally I have at least 100 LC baits and find they are worth every penny. I have never had to tune or modify one to get it to run correctly. Some of the cranks are average but the RC 1.5 is the best crankbait I have ever used and I have some that are not only missing bait but they have started to wear into the plastic. The Pointer series is my favorite jerkbait and the gunnish or Sammy have caught hundreds of fish for me in the last 10 years. Get yourself a good lure retriever and don't worry about the cost as they will be a lot harder to lose. Honestly I have only lost 4 high end baits in the past 10 years which is about the cost of gas to go and fish the Lower Potomac so I don't even think about what they cost anymore. Senkos and Chigger craws start to get expensive when you add up the cost of how many you go through in a season. Allen
