  1. Bought these and they work well. Been using them on the hook to keep paddle tails in place. Allen
  2. I just keep fishing them if I lose a claw. Only time I won't is if it really changes the action of the bait. Allen
  3. Use to paint baits with spray paint cans and use 2 part epoxy for the clearcoat. Allen
  4. Master airbrush from Ebay or Amazon for $20 to get started. You want a .3 or. 5 tip for the brush. Harbor Freight has a airbrush compressor for about $50 that works well. For paints the Createx Wicked brand is what I use the most. Something to remember about wicked paints is if it has detail in the name the paint is more transparent. For basecoat Autoborne sealer works great just get white or gray. Allen

Alixpress and Amazon are a lot cheaper. Allen
  6. You can buy the blanks unpainted if you want. Allen
  7. I like it! Big fan of gray colored minnows. Allen
  8. One of my fishing buddies does really well on a SK titanium one. It doesn't need tuned and the flex makes the baits act erratically. Personally it's just a way for me to lose $25 worth of tackle on a single cast. Allen
  9. Walking topwater baits are my favorite just not the basses most days. Jigs and trigged baits I also like that catch a lot of fish. Hate drop shot and Ned's the most but sometimes they are the only thing working. Allen
  10. Bandits and Rebel Deep Wee-R are my go to cranks for that range. Colors I stick with a few stable ones. Crayfish, shad, chartreuse, and pearl white are what I use. Allen
  11. I have a bunch of 300 and 400 ones if anyone is looking to trade. Also have some 1200's (think that's what they are called?) that can be used as ice cream scoops. Allen
  12. I am just using a 3/16oz flick shake head with a bigger hook. Fishing these like a tube had worked best for me. Allen
  13. I have a 4" minnow like the SK blade minnow I bought from Bugmolds in Ukraine. Other one is a split tail for spinnerbaits. Allen
  14. Doesn't War Eagle make them? Allen
  15. Zoom Super Flukes in Albino, pearl white are what I use 90% of the time. If you have current or need them to go deeper use an Owner 3/32 twist lock hook. Allen
  16. Haven't had much of a chance to fish it. Now that you mentioned it I did pick up one of those Evergreen cranks in bone. Allen
  17. TRD or craw Ned in your favorite colors. I fish these conditions a lot and Ned baits have worked best. Allen
  18. Manns baby 1- has been the best but they are discontinued. Bought some Duo ones to try. Allen
  19. Instead of trying to figure out what crankbait first determine if they are active. This is my approach to throw something moving to see if I get bit or followers. This time of the year 75% of the time they want something moving slow on the bottom. If they are hitting moving baits just make adjustments until you find the one they want today. Crankbaits go in cycles for me for some reason. One year I will catch 100's and the next 5 all year. Colors I keep it simple shad, crayfish, and something chartreuse. Allen
  20. Definitely fish the Susky if you can. It's a awesome SM fishery. Allen
  21. If you want to come west there are some smaller lakes. Allen
  22. They won't stand up like you think. Try a football jig. Allen

Bought mine from Alixpress $1.79 for 2 baits. Allen
  24. I like Reaction Innovations bait called the ManBearPig. It's a name from South Park where they were making fun of Al Gore. Al was chasing a creature that was half man, half bear, and half pig. Allen
  25. The reason it is 97% is they need to add other materials to form the heads. Allen
