  1. Looks good
  2. Leno's garage and mecum auction
  3. You could also take them to a tackle shop and compare them or they should be able to tell you the size (depending on which tackle shop and person you talk too)
  4. Welcome
  5. I'm getting into jig fishing and would be curious to see what you are using as well
  6. Welcome, I like to trout fish as well, but bass fishing is more my thing
  7. Congrats, once you get that dailed in, I know someone that will be eating well
  8. Good list to start with, from there he can figure out what he likes and adjust

If it works keep doing it (and yes I've done this)
  11. Were you looking at my tackle boxes, this is my tackle
  12. This is like me, I go when I can. Depending on the weather will usually dictate where and how I fish.
  13. Welcome
  14. Welcome
  15. If you can pick them up cheap, do so. If you don't like them you really are not out of anything. The plus side is if you like them, you have a new bait
  16. You never know if they are biting unless you go. If the fish are deep, I'd throw a senko, but then again I would always throw a senko
  17. Braid with a leader has worked extremely well for me
  18. I have found both are very effective. As to when one is better than the other I haven't figured that out yet. This past summer one evening I was throwing a popper and my brother was throwing a spook. He was tearing them up. So I switched and caught quite as few as well. The next night same conditions, except it was the popper that was working great. So I really can't say when to throw which one first, I usually will start with the popper but have no problems switching.
  19. I agree this works
  20. usually 3 rods in my kayak have top water, crank bait, and a swim bait to start, if it is early spring or late fall a white rooster tail for white bass. something always that goes with me is a pair of needle nose pliers
  21. Looks good
