  1. Learning to enjoy the simple times....
  2. While I enjoy fishing alone, taking someone new out can also be enjoyable. My buddy got a new PB on a weighted wacky trick worm......3.4lbs He even learned how to long arm ??
  3. Some versions of June bug have made it in the first plano Also added perch to to hard bait colors, and don't discount chrome.
  4. Didn't put much in the boat, but I'm OK with it today
  5. Howdy and welcome to the pond . If you look in the title, the OP posted this in 2014. I am sure he has this figured out ? Go over and introduce yourself.......a lot a great guys here.....
  6. I believe rough water is where they shine. They are often fully engulfed!
  7. Have yet to get a fish with one, but truth be told, I haven't really committed to it
  8. If you dial it down to the point that you are not thumbing the entry, you are giving up distance
  9. Buy them from TW if CS is lacking I have always been very happy with them
  10. Would it work? Yes I prefer a MH/M......It gives me better accuracy as I don't have to lob it
  11. Will send some pics tomorrow. The second option was under the console and I would have placed it their had I not opted for the additional drawer
  12. Lund recommended putting mine near the TM batteries under the rod locker
  13. For me, tournament fishing and recreational fishing is different, but focusing on improving the overall size while maintaining numbers is the key. For me, finding the fish is the most important. In doing so, I find myself selecting different baits on lesser know spots. It's the journey
  14. I think I just gained 2 lbs!
  15. Glad things worked out well......give a yell if you are in the area again
  16. As mine rusted, the quieter it got will need to sell it with the truck ?
  17. #gotmeagain No disrespect to the revivor, but would love to see threads over 5 yrs automatically locked. Some of us with limited time, need every minute we have ???
  18. If it's eye shadow I see......Pickerel
  19. Jim, I would not have believed we were starting to turn seasons if today had not happened. While the full moon may have played a part, @A-Jay called it today. We put 10 in the boat from 6 AM and 10 AM. All over 2 lbs most hovering over 3 lbs with one at 4. They have moved off 20 foot and are at 10 ft near big spawning flats. Most success was dragging the bottoms with jig like baits. We share similar weather patterns and water has dropped to 70 degrees. Happy hunting
  20. Wish I would have gone to the Fat ika sooner. Weighted, Weedless through the grass at 20 feet is deadly
  21. My fishing partners!
  22. Seams 3 is the lucky number for the week thanks to the Fat Ika. Lately it has been my jid substitute
  23. My biggest was just shy of DD.....it was a Florida fish. Truth be told, a 5 lb SM have me a bigger high and much bigger fight. There is no drug like it!
