  1. The Bears are trying to be a team they are not, what ever happened to defence and running the ball? In years past iy they scored 21 points they had a good shot a winning the game, this year they need to score 50 to win. they can't stop anybody and can't run the ball at all, I would be surprised but I don't believe they had more than 10 running plays. The secondary has no real leader, too bad Mike Brown was hurt most of the time. Hurlacker is definatly important on the middle, offensive players had to account for him and would leave Briggs, Harris, Brown and company to get to the QB or make other plays. Getting a franchise QB was great but he will not be able to win many games by himself. I still think this will be a two year experiment with Cutler, but we need a true WR, when your #1 is a guy who has play the position only 2 years you are in trouble, hopefully some of the young guys will develop. They are still my team but it hurts to see them strugle like this. :-[
  2. it is called fiction, it is not really real man ;D ;D
  3. I am not a Redskin fan but you are right, the spectations were much higher that what the team is producing. For the amount of money they have invested in players you would spect to see a better product on the field.

    this is true.
  5. I am not able to watch it but I like that show. I am guessing the show was filmed before Rampage retired?

LOL, that is a good post. I agree, english is hard to learn. I am hispanic and I know I have gotten jobs because I am fluent in both english and spanish. I have translated in every company I worked for, and I like it. Gleen is right, there is a huge hispanic market and companies want a piece of that market and want to service their customers.
  7. there ia also t-nation.com and many other sites (I don't remember them right now, when I do I will post them). the question is: what is your goal? then search articles on that. You can also hire a personal trainer at the gym and he/she can monitor you progress and create a rutine for you.
  8. congrats to the Lions and their fans, I am sure you guys are enjoying this win.
  9. Where can't you get Yuengling? It's one of the easiest to find beers around here. At 7-11 they have the big three: Bud, Miller, Coors, and also Yuengling. I never seen that beer before, I don't think you can get it in Chicagoland or Arizona.
  10. If he is your friend he would not be upset you tell him he sucks, but then you have tell him how to do it correctly. Just saying he sucks is not going to help him get better. I also agree with the comment that if it is your boat you shold be the one driving it. if he wrecks it, do you think he will pay you for the repairs? I don't let anyone drive my truck or motorcycle. When anyone asks I tell them that it is like asking me permission to ask my wife out, it is not going to happen. ;D
  11. How far from Chicago are you? it may be different in the hole you are in.
  12. Shame yall cant get it done!!! ;D ;D ;D Lol, i def think of the Pack attack vs Duh? bears! When it comes to rivarly... Another big one around here is Cubs vs cardinals. Maybe you should check the record since Lovie came to Chicago, I know he is ahead in the W's. see wjhat I ment. >
  13. Being from Chicago the biggest riveries you will find are: Bears vs. Packers (which is the oldest rivery in football) football is different in the city when the Bears play the Packers. When Lovie Smith was introduced as the new Bears coach, he said one of his goals was to beat Green Bay, I loved it. White soxs (south side) vs. Cubs (north side), families are divided because of which team you like. I was so glad when interleague games started because before that the games did not count. I am a Sox's fan and I don't care if they don't win many games as long as the Soxs beat the Cubs.
  14. I am happy for them and Mike, he was an intense player and I am sure an intense coach now. Don't they play Da Bears this year?
  15. oh, you know, the only 12-4 tems in the NFC North come January. ;D
  16. I don't get to see many Bears games since I moved here but this one sure was a good game. I think it is just a matter of time for the running game to start going and the passing game will continue to improve. They still need to spend some picks on WR or get a proven veteran for next year.
  17. I could not watch either one either. I had an invitation to see the boxing but I pulled a double and was out sleeping until 9:30pm saturday night, just in time to get back to work. :'(
  18. Maywhether or the UFC103 fight? I keep hearing boxing is dead, I figure we put it to the test with the members here.
  19. This is great to see, for all the other nuckleheads in all sports to take notice and grow up. Well done!
  20. I understand what you are saying, but hate is such a strong word. I feel disapointed. Cutler is still better than Grosman!
  21. I am a life itme Bears fan relocated in Az now. I don't think it was all Cutler's fault! It has more to do with the fact that they still don't know each other and are not familiar with each other tendencies. It will take time for QB and WRs to get confortable with each other, so I am looking at maybe week 5 before they start putting up really good numbers. As bad as it was, Cutler had over 250 yards for the game, when was the last time a Bears QB had that kind of yards? They will be fine, just give them some time, we waited 20+ years for a good QB, we sure can wait a few more weeks. The real killer was all the injuries and the fact that it was the rival Packers they lost to. >
  22. my prediction is, the half time show will be off the hook! The black eye peas are performing!
  23. Hey everyone. I just wanted to share that the creek company is having a sale this labor day weekend, everything is 50% off. Promotion code is labor50 I just got a ODC420 for $160.50 shipped to my door. here is a link to the site: http://www.edited-out-by-fivebasslimit.com/ I have to say, I am in no way benefiting from sharing this info, I do not work for them, I just like their products and use them.
  24. I am hispanic so I do enjoy spicy food, but for me it has to taste good and I have to be able to enjoy eating it. Sweating and having my nose running it is not enjoyable to me. I don't think hot just for the sake of being hot is good eating for me. I want to be able to taste my food, if the spice is too much that it numbs my lips and tonge I don't enjoy it. I don't like the hot sauces either but only a couple that have good taste, Cholula's and Bufalo, both from Mexico. Not very spicy and not vinegat taste.
