  1. Yep. Good crankbait. I don't know if it was a mess up or what, but last year there were 3-4 colors of Arashi 3's and 5's that were scanning at the price checker for $0.88 at Cabela's. Needless to say, I bought around 15 of them.
  2. Found out my Cabela's had the swing shad for $2.49 a pack. Had to stock up. Also picked up some 1.5 flats and weighted hooks.
  3. Spro's smaller size frog (bronzeye jr.) is 1/2 oz. Smaller but still casts well.
  4. Send me some please!!!
  5. I use the dobyns fury 735C for frogging... love it for this technique.
  6. Swim jig senko (wacky and/or weightless) spinnerbait buzzbait trick worm
  7. My local wal-mart had watermelon red/pearl stanley ribbits for $2 a pack and culprit worms for $1.50.
  8. I'm testing out fluoro for the first time this season on two rods... My crankbait setup and my jig/texas rig rod... After a couple of outings, I'm struggling with it. Not the easiest to cast with and while the sensitivity is better, it feels cheap almost. Not going to strip it off just yet, but I don't know if fluoro is for me. May have to go back to braid with fluoro leader. I use KVD line & lure, but am still getting a few backlashes and can't get the distance I want because i have the breaks turned up. Using Lew's Tournament MBs.
  9. I just recently purchased a 7'2" MH-Regular Daiwa Tatula for single hook moving baits and love it. Has just the right amount of give for casting distance, but still good backbone to drive the single hook home. Insanely sensitive as well. Might end up being my favorite rod by the end of this season.
  10. Spinnerbaits are best when there is a little chop or break in the water. I normally use a swim jig when the water is calm or slick or when the water is really clear. What works for me is casting past cover and reeling the spinnerbait past it, whether that's laydowns, grass lines, docks, etc.
  11. I don't fish grubs all that often, but when I do it's normally Zoom fat alberts in green pumpkin or pearl.
  12. Ahhhhhh!! You should have PM'd me this info. lol
  13. z-man original chatterbait with one of the below trailers. - 3.8" BPS speed shad - 3.8" Eco pro tungsten swing shad - SK rage menace rigged sideways
  14. You lucky dog! There are 3 stores near where I moved to... Only found 2 real craw in the same chartreuse color in your pic.
  15. 3/8 would be perfect for 1-15 ft if you only want to buy one size.
  16. chatterbaits, spinnerbaits, jigs and flat cranks.
  17. I find it annoying too. I'm sure the price would go up a little if they improved the packaging. I have a little pouch in a zipped pocket in my backpack that's dedicated to roboworms. Just long enough where they won't bend. I just roll up the bag and drop 'em in the pouch.
  18. Most used are SK 3XD and Rapala DT10.
  19. Walked into Dick's "to see if they had anything on clearance I couldn't pass up." Walked out with 8" dead ringers, couple packs of paca chunks, structure bugs and a black cavitron buzzbait. Smh.
  20. I have an ocean kayak big game II. very stable and high capacity. I'm able to stand and fish in mine with ease.
  21. sportsmansoutfitters.com has the Tournament MB for $104.99 which is a good deal. They also have the LFS for $79.99 which is a good deal as well.
  22. This is how I do it as well. < 5ft shallow 5-10ft medium >10ft deep 10ft+ may seem shallow for deep to some anglers, but that's how I fish.
