Need a new go to squarebill
Gotcha... May not get a discount at Academy, but their squarebills start at $3.99. Totally worth that price in my opinion. I was skeptical of them due to the off brand stigma, but they are fish catchers.

Need a new go to squarebill
They make a rattling KVD 1.5... The bass pro near me has them. Have you tried Academy's H20 Xpress CRS?? Legit squarebill for the price. Give it a look, you might be pleasantly surprised.

Best swimjig rod for under....
I use a 7'2" MH-regular Daiwa Tatula for swim jigs... Absolutely love it. Feels like it was designed for swim jigs. Is currently my favorite rod.

Football Jigs
I just recently bought some BOSS heads and skirts from Dirty Jigs and BOSS and making my own color combos. Ends up being cheaper per jig that way.

Rage Bug Question
I T-rig rage bugs all the time. Probably my favorite soft plastic to T-rig. I fish it in cover as well as just cast and hop it back. I get bit doing both. I also fish it on a c-rig and swinging football head as others have mentioned. Awesome soft plastic.

Spro Fat Johns
I have a couple of the big ones (60 model), but I haven't used them a whole lot. Kind of afraid to use them like a squarebill should be used (throwing them in lots cover and brush) because they cost so much. The finish on them is just like all spro hardbaits, excellent. And the action is excellent as well. Wonderful squarebill. If money was no issue, I'd fill my tacklebox with them and they'd be my go to squarebill.

Respirator for melting plastic
Yep... I found me a junk microwave to use just for melting soft plastics. And I plan to do it outside. I have a beard so probably gonna have to shave it. Wife will be happy.

Respirator for melting plastic
I have a senko mold I'd like to use and plan to melt plastic using a pyrex in a microwave. I plan on buying a respirator, but I'm clueless about them. Will the below two items work for filtering out harmful fumes from melted plastic? Thanks for any input!! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IF7RBS4/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=2W51HFIBEXIPN&coliid=I34CY4YIFDKATN&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AEFCKKY/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=2W51HFIBEXIPN&coliid=I18MQWAV1A9DZO&psc=1

Best Swim Jig Trailer?
They are getting popular fast. And just about every color of the eco toad is on back order until June on tacklewarehouse. Only honey locust is available.

Best Swim Jig Trailer?
Yep... The Cabela's near me had them for $2.49 a pack. I loaded up. Eco pro has put out some good stuff recently. I just received their new hollow body frog from TW earlier this week... has trokar hooks so I'm pumped to see what the hook up ratio will be like. Plus they are 3/4 oz, so should be able to sling em!

Best Swim Jig Trailer?
I like the eco pro swing shad... Half the price of swing impact fats and more durable. Great action.

What size Bobber stops
I use VMC sinker stops in medium most often, but sometimes small. The size of sinker stop has to do with the diameter of the line your using.
-
Braid or fluorocarbon for crankbaits
I use 12 lb sunline sniper FC for cranking.
-
Help me identify this crankbait
All the wal marts around me stopped carrying the square As much to my disappointment. Square As are hard to find locally around here. Have to order online.
-
Good soft body swimbaits
Can't recommend the eco pro swing shads enough... Much cheaper and more durable with great action... I no longer buy keitechs anymore.

KVD 1.5 Squarebill...Too Shallow?
This squarebill def gets deeper, but is a larger 2.5 profile. If you're looking for a 1.5 profile, Academy has a small profile CRM that dives deeper. http://www.academy.com/shop/pdp/h2o-xpress-spcrm-crankbait#repChildCatid=3486540

Best shakey head worm
I like Z-man finesse worms, but they are tough to get screwed down on a shaky head. A trick I learned from another poster on this site is to heat the coil up with a lighter. The worm screws on easy after that! They normally last until I lose the jighead to a snag.

This exactly!!

What's a good Buzz bait trailer?
I like using half a z-man zinkerz to add some weight to my 1/4 oz cavitrons.

Anyone else sick of tackle boxes?
Yep. Have always used a backpack and 3700 boxes.
