I see the big bass lure forum I see the Most bass lure forum what about the best lure of all time? I am not looking for which weather conditions it should be used in or which water clarity. Just a all purpose cool lure. I will second the Pointer 100 in Chartreuse Shad and the Pointer 100 SP Nishiki and many others those are the main ones, I have some more coming in tomorrow I'll see if I can Post about them... if I don't have to Pawn My computer for lure money... I don't have a problem!...I can quit any time I want to... I-I just don't want to thats all.

It depends. If the water is about 50 degrees F as an average temp the general consencious is that the fish bite up top (well more over all) mid day (i.e. after the sun has had a chance to warm the water). If you can and if your water temp variation is wide enough find some hot springs or warm spots on the area your are fishing the deeper and warmer areas is whare all the trophy bass and blues are going to be.

There are some new (at least to me) Epinger Dardevle Lures that remind me of the old Ruster Tails and other such things. They are spiners "buzzin' " and ofspree type. They all use a typical looking spoons (i.e. The regular spoon) in smoe way. What I am trying to say whas any body used these lures? Which did they use (size and colour) OI would love to see them in person: If a picture is worth a thousand words seeing things and using things has to many zeros to mention! I guess the main question is, which jigs and trailers, and any other ad-on's {i.e. Sents and rattles} are best for beginners (in a lake) from, Oho let's say Mid-October through the thaw (water Temp. 55oF and up) when ever that is for your area of the world. By me, Mid-Feb. to Early March. The basics hooks and bobbers snells ect. Then inglude a Fish ID guide for whare ever you fish at (I get mine from Texas parks and wildlife; FREE). Of course... Band-Aids...Lots and lots of Band-Aids, 'cause you know when you turn your back, they'll be a-playing with those brand new sharp hooks, and as shure as you-know-what they are going to stick them selvs :'( and that is alwayse fun . That is all just good memories, going on your first fishing trip with dad. some of my best memories and scars from early childhood. Good Luck! I have a Lazy Ike in fire tiger (The bottom of the 2 lures) and love the way it moves and wiggles, but cant catch any thing on it. can any body else? which work better the lazy ike or the mighty ike? I live in NE Texas and only started using sence late Oct.
