  11. the guy told me different stores do it at different times. keep watching .he said wally is starting to clear out some items.
  12. never thought of a cell ph. as a cheap bait , but I like it! It could play the fish songs like "love me tender" or "here fishy fishy". keep your ear buds attached maybe the fish will give you a call and tell you where they are at and what they want for dinner .of course I would probably just see. that big ones selfie laughing at me.
  13. At Wally this A.M. They had 75%off on all fishing clearance like lews speed spool $19 , kvdhooks $1, gamskatsu hooks.75 cents, berkly lightning shock rod $9
  14. lawn mower yuck! trolling motor sweet! if you catch as many fish as you do carvings. get in some tournaments ,you'll win.

  21. welcome from Indiana. hope to get up there this fall. watch out for the bait monkey , he's hard to outrun!!
  22. this was a fun to read thread ! thanks guys. in my ranger I might have a few rods out, don't own 20 . if fishing local ponds that many would sink my little 8' aluminum boat.
  23. sorry for your bad luck. get a good set of googles, sounds like you are going swimming. if you do retrieve it. turn it off, put it in a bag of rice for a day or two before trying to recharge to retrieve pics. congrats on the PB. now the story for the grandkids is going to start out by saying "let me tell you about my $700.00 bass" hope your year goes better.
  24. if I haven't already said thanks for your service thanks!! ive tried the night thing and its great for big bass feeding on crappie. but those mosqitos chew me alive. unless there is a breese. great advive on before and after sunset on ramp issue. I like finding local pond and lakes as well. crowds don't bother me to much except for that skier or waverunner blowing by you really close continuasly. then I just find shallower water or go up a creek if possible. some times we just have to take the good with the bad. look at it as another challenge. just fish and love doing it.
  25. wouldn't want to be standing there when it falls "instant snowman" cool pic
