  1. welcome from Indiana . always nice to see a young man enjoying the sport
  2. they were slow in texas , even at 58 degree water. some times all you felt on the bite was the slightest tic. or line just felt slightly heavy. I guess this is where patients really comes into play.
  3. looks like you have already gotten lots of good feed back. sometimes smaller baits are better , such as a 4" finess worm. work it really slow even pausing. sunny days try the flats close to a deeper ledges. keep swinging ,you'll connect.
  4. you just prove that there are more good guys than not. ive never met you or know you. but I would fish with you any day!! my dad always told me that when you see or here something that you don't like. just remember that you don't want to be like that. or don't do or say anything to any one that you wouldn't want to happen to you. I guess you would almost have to feel sorry for the other guy. I would hate to think a person goes thru life with that kind of demeaner. if nothing else you have taught younger anglers the proper way to handle situations. A PLUS!!
  5. ask around. some lakes have a reputation of holding bigger bass. is it spawn time there? this is probably the easyest time . to catch one.
