I honestly haven't decided what I'm going to use it for. My MBR843's are such good all around rods that I have a hard time not fishing with them. The rod rates for 8-14 line. I will more than likely put #10 mono on it. I was thinking of using it as a back-up to my cranckbait rod and put small cranks on it or little jerkbaits. I'll also use small 5 inch worms and perhaps 1/8oz spinnerbaits. I really didn't need this rod and probably would have been better off getting a 3rd 843. I didn't use the 844 enough so I swapped it for the 842.

Nice FISH. That's the way to battle the cold. But actually, I find the wind to be a more pain in the ars.

I'm referring to my new G-Loomis GLX MBR842C you perverts. I came home from work to find a rod tube propped up against the wall in the kitchen. I immediately said "UH OH." It wasn't supposed to be delivered until tomorrow so I wasn't home to intercept it before the wife got home. Actually, I'm swapping it with Loomis for my GLX 844 but the wife isn't going to believe me. Oh well, it's worth the rump kissing that I now have to do. I paired it with a Chronarch 50mg that I got a couple weeks ago and this set-up feels absolutely SWEEEEEEET! This combo can't weigh more than 9 ounces.

Yea, I hear ya. I love shootind the AR but this was re-qualification, instead of open shoot. The only reason we put so many through the Glock was beacause it's our primary weapon and plus it was a new gun.

I put between 800-900 rounds through my new Glock 40-Model 22, Approximately 50 rounds through my old Glock 40, 50 rounds through my AR-15, 20 rounds through my S&W .38 Airweight and a few slugs through my Benelli. It felt great to relieve some stress but I'm now I'm TIRED. I'll pay someone to come clean my guns for me.

Mine was slower than watching water boil the other day. Every other site was fine though. It is now working good for me.

My brothers girfriend asked him to accompany him to vist her sick mom in N.C. My bro takes a week off work and pays for the plane tickets. They are going to rent a car to drive back to Florida so they can bring her mom's dog back. Well, the mom harrassed my brother so much with insults and being disrespectful that he said he was going to leave and fly back home if she didn't change her attitude. The mom and girlfriend said he would not be a man if he did that. Ooooops, big mistake! 7 hours later he's back in Florida.

You guys are killing me with all this food. I'm stuck out here for work. I just had a BBQ beef sandwich, small thing of beans and a coke. A fricking rip off at $10.60. The BBQ sucked and the ants won't even eat the beans. Maybe the game will get blacked out.

You can stay anywhere in Palm Beach County, Florida. Look me up and I will take you Snook fishing. Gas for the boat will run ya 10 bucks, live shrimp about 6 bucks and 5 bucks for the car wash to clean the boat afterwards. Im not a guide but I will gaurantee you some Snook or bait and boat wash are free. Season opens again in March if you want to keep any, otherwise you can catch them year round.

If people would just take the time to surf through the many,many,many,many,many post on here, then they would more than likely answer their own questions. It seems like everyday someone asks "what the best rod I can get for under $100." We have hurricanes in S.Florida but I'm prepared as much as I can be. I have to work during the huricane but I make sure the family is well secured before I leave the house. i was fishing the west side. i have fished the east side and caught both snook and tarpon. i have also caught tarpon on the west side. Question sirsnook---any truth to the reason that mullet jump is to rid themselves of parasites? not when they scatter from an attack but solo jumps. Not true.
