There should be an easement which technically could be public access. I suggest contacting your homeowners assoc. I used to live in a private community on a lake also. I couldn't trespass through your yard to reach the easement but I could start in my own backyard and walk around the whole lake, through the other yards.

I've been neglecting the outside of my house for quite a while now. I finished my jon boat mod yesterday and finally got the boat out of the yard and into the lake, so today I decided to work on my sprinklers . I have fixed this one particular sprinkler at least 4 times in the past 5 years because the neighbor's kids use my yard for football. I swear I find different every time I dig it up. Today I found 2 roots that were at least 20' long and a piece of black, plastic trim. HMMMMM what does this plastic trim belong to? Let's see. Click on the picture for video.

I did not realize the losing team was "challenged." But I have to disagree with Burley and a few others about not playing if you can't take losing. Losing is part of playing and I agree, don't play if you can't lose w/out crying. Look at MLB. Team A (home) is up 15-0 in the bottom of the 8th. They get a guy on 1st and he steals 2nd. Then they try bunting him over to 3rd. I guarantee you without a doubt the next pitch will be at the batters head. There's just some things you don't do and rubbing it in to humiliate is one of them and that demands payback. You can still suck up the loss and be move on but NEVER get taken advantage of. Just my 2/0.

I'm sorry but I just can't leave this alone. I can't help but think of the losing coach as being a coward to let his team take a beating like that. The winning team did nothing but take advantage and kick the weaker team in the head when they were on the ground. Yes, losing is part of the game and every child should learn and experience losing but they shouldn't have to endure embarrassment. This really ticks me off. I think perhaps I will go outside for a while.

Poor sportsmanship. No class whatsoever. What was the losing coach doing though? Many may not agree with this but the losing coach should of had his team foul the dog snot out of the other team whenever they tried for a 3 pointer. I know violence is never the answer but doing what the winning team did isn't acceptable and YOU MUST stick up for yourself. I played H.S and College baseball and as a pitcher, I have been ordered by the coach on few occasions to aim for the body.
