join the club. i had to teach my self to fish on local lakes. and the local lake is lake casitas ca. and that lake is a #$^%* to fish. but with alot of practice aND READING EVERY ARTICLE ON THE SITE i eventualy cought fish.

if the lake u fish hapens to have grass mats than i would flit a heavy texas rg or a heavy jig. the fish are most likely burried in thick grass mats.

thanks for the info. im only 13 so im just starting out im planning to go to montana and take my first buck sometime in the near future. when i get all jumpy about caatching a 4 poundr than i cant emagine what it will be like to finaly take my first deer. i don't shoot compound i shoot traditional with recurves and feathers. due to the fact that in 6 feet and 2 inches tall, and 220 pounds i thnk i have the strength for a compound bow that is suted for hunting.

i fish a lake that is very clear and has little cover. The water is very low and there are planted vegitation patches in some coves . the alke is about 280 fet at deepest. there are humps, flats, points, and any other structure u can imagine. when the wind blows the water has plenty of visible mud lines that i see tons of baifish sitting in on the clowdy sideclosest to the shore. i was wondering if u cul tell m or give me any ideas on where summer bass will be hideing. i know where to fish for summer bass ut i was just wonring if anone had any simmalar thughts as me thank u and god bless

i hit the lake withmy friend at about 4:45. i think its beter to start a day of fishing early and end it late. but thats just me.
