Fort Stewart has some great fishing in the Ponds, the Savannah River is also a great bass fishing river, from the tidewater up to Agusta, my personal best came from the river just south of Hardeville SC. There are numerous bass clubs in the area that are always looking for members, good luck.

I will have to remember that, lol, I cant wait to get there and rip some lips. Hopefully this weather we are having down here in Houma won't follow me up there it has rained just about every day of my hitch. I will definitely try some night fishing as well as long as the wind isn't blowing too hard. Thanks, Catt, I will definitely post a report when I am there.

New to the forum, I have a place in San Miguel as well, headed there as soon as i go on break Thursday morning for 14 days, hopefully get on some fish, plan on doing some night fishing, does anyone know if the bar fish are schooling behind the state park in the evenings?
