  1. Welcome to the club avid!
  2. Yeah, but who wants to catch small fish? Big bait, big fish! (not allways of course)
  3. Nice fish!
  4. I dont think those were bass busting the surface! With the water being 40, there is no way bass are feeding on the surface! (the odd one might) That water is just to cold for the bass to be that active. Congrats on the one you caught!
  5. Way to go!!
  6. Welcome! Yes, try E-bay like Redlinerobert mentioned.
  7. If they were feeding on shad you should of given the jerkbait a chance but i'm sure you'll have better luck next time!
  8. Nice fish!
  9. Use it to chase away seagulls!
  10. Lunchbox508, that is a hardbait not softbait like the lake fork one's.
  11. Lightiningrod, that is not the same lure (Husky Hasuzzy)! The new lure is called Javallon Hard! Very different from the Husky Hasuzzy.
  12. Very nice bass! I can't wait till the bass start hitting spinnerbaits around here!
  13. Very nice!!!
  14. Welcome back!
  15. Fish plastics or a jig+pig deep and slow, slow, slow.....
  16. I would wear boots and take a chance with the snakes (depending on what kind of snakes). You never know, there might be a big lunker in that pond!
  17. I'd say it's very expensive but it is awesome line!
  18. I would stick with regular mono! The fluorocarbon lines are not as abrasion resitant as companies claim. Try Sunline Defier or Sufix Siege which is not as expensive.

The hook just looks to small to be 11/0. Could be the label was wrong on that pack. Compare these hooks: top 7/0, bottom 10/0
  21. I find that the color is not really that important but i do replace the original hooks with owners.
