The vision 100 miyabi is a floating, shallow running jerkbait. It kind of moves like the anthrax 100 but runs deeper. I love the trick darter! It's a great small suspending jerkbait for spring. If you you can afford the cyclone, get it. Great crank.

Got 2 Deps Cascabel from a friend of mine from Japan today. These things are huge cranks! I bet they're going to catch some good bass in the middle of summer (I hope )

I'm not making too big a deal and not over complicating anything. There are too many factors to consider when buying soft baits, especially knock offs. Texture, fall rate, durabilty................... I have bought knock offs that were harder then my head. ;D I want to know what I'm buying for my money.

Roger , how do you rig a 4.2 beaver on a 5/0 hook? I find that 4/0 is almost too big, or are you using the double wide beaver 5.2 ?

You noticed that too. over here the bass have a very dark color even in 40 degree water. I thinks it all depends on on the body of water. The story is definately fishy though.
