Like RW mentioned, the LV-300N is a good bait. There are many others like the T.D. Silent Vibration, Shimano Complex Undulator, Megabass Vibtation X Silent.................. Most of these baits you'll find on ebay.

Snaps do not impare the action of the lure, on the contrary, they at times improve the action.
