i made a post about them in the "innovative soft plastic" thread a while back. they are by far the most innovative soft plastic ive see. they look awesome. i really want some but they are like 11 dollars for a 7 pack if i remember right. thats just way to much to pay for soft plastics. let us know how they work!

I made the mistake of purchasing a pack ...... well not the "mistake", I must say, I commited the stupidity of purchasing a pack. Why I say stupidity ? nope, it has nothing to do with the price, nor with the bait not performing, I say stupidity because ....... them danged bluegills give them a haircut to the point they leave only an appendageless stick in an eyeblink something that I already knew when I purchased the pack.  ::D

So I still have the pack minus one bait, the one that got "scalped" by bluegills. That means that unless I find me a bluegill free lake they are not going to see a lot of action.

Yup, 11 bucks a pack is a bit pricey.  Try yamamoto's creature as it is very similar to this one.  Teh other one that is very similar and nobody raves about them is the Lunker City "Ozmo".  That thing is very nice in the water and does catch fish.

With that said, I had the discussion with some friends the other day about cost of tackle. WEll, we all spend about 500 bucks a year on tackle.  That sounds hefty until you figure in rods, reels, boat payment, insurance, gas, oil, maps, electronics and entry fees.  The tackle is cheapest part of fishing. So, why should we worry about 3 dollar tungsten or 2 dollar soft palastics????

Come to think about it...it does look like a bluegill/crappie bait.I've seen some like that but much, much smaller profile.

Man the bluegills here would tear that thing up as well.I've lost countless of powerworms and creature tails from bluegills. However they do shy away from jigs alot,i'd use that as a jig trailer.Gonna guess the bulk size of jigs is what scares them off.Not all of them fear the jig though.

I have a physical revulsion to that bait.  I wouldn't know whether to fish with it or spray it with Raid.

well the bait certainly lives up to its name! :D ;D

I think I will order a bag of those

Is that a Nories Worming Crank in the upper left hand corner?
