How much to get into LiveScope?
That's what I am saying. While great to help catch fish it just seems like an INCREDIBLE learning tool.

How much to get into LiveScope?
See that was another question I had. Say you had a boat with no electronics on it and you were building from scratch. You cannot just get "LiveScope" and be good to go, correct? You have to get a main, compatible unit to start with and then I should view "LiveScope" as an add-on, correct?

How much to get into LiveScope?
I have just been blown away watching LiveScope videos on YouTube. It is not even so much using it to catch fish that is appealing to me but the EDUCATION it would give me. This technology currently is only available through Garmin, correct? Roughly how much would I be looking at to get what I need?

What is the appeal of these new OG Slim cranks?
It seems these new OG Slim cranks are real hot right now. Just the next thing on the block or is there some new about this that makes it so popular?

Anyone ever tried this trick with a swivel?
This is probably something that has been around a long time but I just have missed it. Anyone tried this? Recommend or not a big help? As someone that plans on getting into soft plastics more this year if this is a help I want to get in the habit of doing it the best way.

Opinions on Chatterbait Setup
Yeah, while I have never tried it I am curious about a lot of guys going to glass/composite rods for chatter baits. As a rule I have always heard graphite for single hooks and glass/composite for treble hook baits. No?

Which knob style do you generally prefer on a spinning reel?
After years of using nothing but bait casters I am going to try a "fairy wand" this year. Being a Shimano guy I bought a 7' M Expride spinning rod and am going to pair it up with a Vanford 2500 or the 3000 size. Main difference is the 2500 has the smaller paddle size knob and the 3000 has the T shaped knob. I went up to my local store and handled both but without actually fishing them a bit it was not just obvious to me which to go with. I realize it is a personal preference thing but I was curious if you guys had a general preference between the smaller paddle size knob or T shaped knob on spinning reels?

What do you guys think about my injury situation and fishing?
That's what I was wondering and was hoping guys with similar injuries could say be smart and you're good or major warning to not even think about it. If I were to re-injure or undo a lot of my PT work with an injury it's likely it will be from a one time "incident" that once it happens it's too late and the damage has been done.

What do you guys think about my injury situation and fishing?
Thanks for all the replies. The question was not should I go through PT and avoid a surgery. I was asking if you guys thought fishing would be an issue or not. I imagined me asking my therapist about it and unless they were a fisherman they would just waive it off without giving it much thought or not realizing what motions I would be doing and know if it would be a problem or not.

What do you guys think about my injury situation and fishing?
A little over a month ago I injured my arm and felt/heard a "pop" when it happened. As the day went on my arm and specifically the tendon on the top of my forearm really started to hurt and ache. Orthopedic thought it was a bicep tear but an MRI said it was only a partial tear. Good news in that I would be avoiding surgery with a recovery time of 4-6 months. Bad news is I will be going through physical therapy with a 6-9 month full recovery time... Good news if I am smart and do not overdo things I can work but my mind now is on fishing concerns and I was hoping some of you guys have had a similar injury and could tell me what to expect and more importantly what I probably can and can't do. It is my right arm and I am right handed. When fishing 99% of the time I am using a right handed bait caster. When I do too much that area on my arm starts aching and all that. The only real lose of strength I have is when I do turning motions like if I were to turn a door knob. I would think casts where I just give it all I have are out for a while. This year was supposed to me me learning how pitch a jig but with that being something you typically do with your strong/main arm that may be out. I may be able to kind of pitch it out with bad technique though. IDK, if my left arm is good that is what I would mostly be pulling a rod with. When I simulate turning a reel to myself in the air it does not seem to be causing me much discomfort. Of course, I do not have a big fish on the line when trying this in my living room LOL I realize I could just wait until things warm up and find out what I can do but I wanted to kind of wrap my mind around what to expect. Plus I do not want to get a fish on the line, be fighting it only then to wrench my arm real bad!! Would like to avoid that if I can!

Reaction Innovations
I too want to try these Mustad O rings. Can you CONFIRM one way or the other if the small or medium size is what you want for a 5 inch senko or a trick work or something? Don't want to buy one then end up having to return it for the right size.
