Dad just called and said he didn't get a bite. He may be the only person on the globe that is a worst fisherman than me.

He played around in the coves by our place yesterday and didn't get a bite before his batteries died.

My dad is heading into hurricane as we speak. I will let y'all know if it pays off.

Everything is good except the weather. My dad is heading up there right now.

That is where I would launch. There are probably some shallow fish to be caught in hurricane. Hell, don't be afraid go all the way to the back under the bridge.

Cancelled day 2 of the BASS event. The weather must be bad up there. Guess I won't go this weekend.

Never launched at Sepulvado but blue lake is pretty well protected. It is tucked away pretty good.

Just to show you how clueless I am, I just randomly picked that second pic. I simply looked for a spot that showed a couple of good bends to use for the question. I had no idea it may be decent place to check out.

Here is Amateur Hour's dumb question of the day. Channel swings? Are we talking about bends in the channels or where the channel/creek swings close to the bank or point? A or B?

Quick question. What do you consider secondary points? Below is a pic from 6 mile. Would you consider the one in black a secondary or the one in red? I think the black is a primary and the red is secondary.

Thank Catt. I just like that whole TN bay lake area. I have tried to treat the stuff outside of Blue Lake the same way, but never have much success. Would you spend time looking at the stuff closer to the river (red circle) or the inside points and drains closer to the spawning stuff (yellow circle)?
