  5. Generally just one rod and one reel per year, but every year for about the last 20 years. Over time I plan to replace all of my production rods with customs. I may replace a few reels as new models are introduced.

  13. I am not convinced that your rod and reel have a great deal of impact on "catching" fish, but better equipment makes the "fishing" more enjoyable.
  14. The biggest issue with using a baitcaster is that sooner or later the Senko is going to "take flight". The resulting backlash can be amazing! I fish weightless plastics exclusively on spinning tackle.
  15. Anyone have a current report? I am heading there this weekend with some other members. I am particularly interested in your comments on depth and structure.
