  1. Great job! The Storm Series Roadwarrior looks a lot more interesting. http://www.siebertoutdoors.com/Storm-Series-Jig-409.htm?productId=13
  2. I will be interested in what you have to say about the jigs and how that retriever works. Most of the time a jig will dislodge if you are able to get behind it, but if that doesn't do it, she's gone.
  3. Hope to have mine later this week. Looking forward to the reviews once guys have had a chance to actually fish the rods.
  4. We have tons of videos for you to watch, then just start fishing a few. Your confidence will grow quickly.

  7. Try these Lumaflex skirts and nothing else will do: http://www.jobabylures.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=SKL
  8. More monsters than ever before are being weighed in this region and around the country. Perhaps the OP is basing his observation on a specific body of water because that is not generally the case.
  9. Whoa! What a difference a day makes. It's spring in the Mid South starting today!
  10. The stripers in the Tennesse River mimic saltwater stripers in terms of strength. However, I don't consider a 10 lb fish as much of a prize as opposed to a DD largemouth. Below the Pickwaick Dam it is not uncommon to catch 200lbs of striper on a good day. Although my PB is only 38 lbs, my friends and I have had days when most of our fish were 15 - 20 lbs apiece and a 30+ or two in the mix. The bigger fish are exponentially stronger. Another big difference is that striper do not jump, but they dig BIG TIME! Around here live bait is #1 by a big margin, the Alabama is the next best bet.
  11. "The new G. Loomis E6X Casting Rods put the legendary performance of G. Loomis into the hands of more anglers. The most affordable G. Loomis series of rods to date, each rod is handcrafted in Woodland, WA like all G. Loomis rods."

  15. Our Flea Market is offered as a "convenience" for our members, much like a garage sale. Please read "FAQs" and "Terms of Use" before posting. We expect new members to introduce themselves and participate in the forums before becoming active in the Flea Market. More specifically, you may not post anything you make or buy for resale. Think "garage sale" not a market bazaar. -Kent a.k.a. roadwarrior Global Moderator
  16. Probably enough for a season in my carry on. Maybe a "lifetime" in the Man Cave. Then there's the new stuff I "need".
  17. This weeks' contest! http://www.bassresource.com/giveaway/g-loomis-e6x-2.html
