Looking at getting one of these Fish Finders on Black Friday
I see no reason this won't work https://ads.midwayusa.com/product/1024013495?pid=833747&utm_medium=shopping&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=Fishing+-+Marine+Electronics&utm_content=833747&gclid=CjwKCAiA4veMBhAMEiwAU4XRr49XAd0KYgfBJqS0OwfL9vvLkbTjgFTDTFw01Q2jKOmREph3DjPBLhoC1FQQAvD_BwE It's almost a $400 transducer. A lot of guys have upgraded the transducer after already owning the unit, and have said that it is better, but not $400 better.

Best casting rod at the 150-180 price point?
It surprises me that you don't hear much about iRod, other than their swimbait rods. I absolutely love my genesis rods, and the lineup offers a rod for practically every technique and every situation imaginable.

Lowrance Elite Ti2's sharing
Ti2 cannot share DI/SI. Only 2D

Looking at getting one of these Fish Finders on Black Friday
The more expensive one comes with the newer GT56 transducer, as opposed to the GT54 that comes with the one on sale

Custom Phenix Rod and what guides I need for it
Phenix offers a few blanks in their ultra swimbait and classic lineups that'll handle the Deps, that I've heard great things about. They top out at 8', so idk how bad you need that extra length.

Help Me Outfit My Bass Fishing Kayak
True, but I wouldn't really worry when you're talking about a $15 battery. You'll still get a couple years of use out of it, unless you're fishing 5 days a week. And if you're still worried about it, I know of a 6ah lifepo4 for $30. I have 2 running in parallel to give me 12ah.

Ram Mount Type DIY GoPro Boom.....?
GoPro's weigh like 4oz. My size B holds up most 7" and under graphs with ease. So yeah, it'll be fine

Deciding between two rods
Can't help you, man I shield my eyes when I walk past the Lew's stuff. Not a fan

Original Daiwa Lexa 300 In Saltwater
"Able to pull double-duty in freshwater and saltwater, the Daiwa Lexa 300 HD Casting Reel features an all grease system of Corrosion Resistant Ball Bearings (CRBB)" Directly from Daiwa's description

Deciding between two rods
I get it. I guess I'd still have to say stick with Dobyn's, and grab the Fury. I have a couple of them, and they are a great budget rod, they just never had that "wow" factor for me. On the other hand, I've hated every Lew's rod I've ever had in my hands.

360 Imaging for Kayak?
Most of the installations I've seen use a ram claw mount.

Deciding between two rods
Personally, I'd use the sale as an excuse to upgrade up a little to a Kaden. With the discount it only adds like $20 to the fury's msrp.

1/8-1 1/2 oz?
What they do is write each weight on a little piece of paper. They stick each piece of paper on a dartboard and throw 2 darts. Whatever they hit, they sticker on the rod.

HDS side imaging question
Which generation HDS?

What have you learned this fishing season?
I learned how to grind out those really slow days better. I took a job that puts me on shift every other weekend, and it obviously cut down on my time on the water. I didn't get to pick my days to get out as I used to, I had to take whatever time was available for me. I used to get frustrated and spin out in this situation. I really learned to slow down, start focusing on whatever knowledge I've learned about those particular conditions, and apply that. I'm still not catching huge bags on those days, but I'm finding more fish.

Replacing kayak pedal drive for motor.
I'll save everyone some time. It's a USCG regulation, so all 50 states require registration. Page 5: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.uscgboating.org/images/420.PDF&ved=2ahUKEwjn9d_g1Kj0AhU1mmoFHf-HABgQFnoECC0QAQ&usg=AOvVa

Eagle SupraPro ID question.
The Smithsonian probably has one on display. Decent, modern graphs can be had for $100 nowadays. Seems kind of pointless to spend any more money on that fossil.

You might need a Navarre adapter plate for certain transducers, but they definitely all fit. In my opinion, I'd skip the Hook. The tripleshot transducer is supremely disappointing, and the Ti2 7" only $100 more, and twice the quality.

T-Rig rod for kayak fishing.
Yeah, but this is typical from a boat, as well.

Kayak lure box
Not me. I've got a whole crate, so I fill 'er up. I think I have 8-10 3600's in it, plus a 3700 edge terminal box. Then I have a 6th Sense soft plastic bag filled to the point it won't zipper shut. In all reality, it's not that much tackle. But I'm prepared for most conditions or situations I run into on the water.

T-Rig rod for kayak fishing.
A 7'5 rod is going to get caught on the same trees a 7' rod is going to, 99% of the time.

T-Rig rod for kayak fishing.
I really don't understand the perception that longer rods are problematic on kayaks. If anything, longer rods are more advantageous on a kayak

Work Horse Baitcaster
My curados and slx mgl probably get used the most. Not really saying much, I guess, 95% of my reels are either a curado or slx.

Like I mentioned earlier, you can only do this for 2D on that model
