Everyone bashing on rat-l-trap ;D..think about this rat-l-trap was the first lipless bait that actully made it to the point it is now. 2 rat-l trap sells more then all the others combined 3 They really do catch fish regardless of what they look like Ya i admit the hooks do need changing but then at least u can put what u like on um .

i use rem oil for my bearings... though i have to put it on um often and i use garcia silicone grease on my gears .both do fine and i cant amagine any more perfermance then what i have unless i go to ceramic or hp bearings

i have a lot of garcia c-3,s that are over 15 yrs old that i still use they been punished and work perfect lube 2 times a yr and a good cleanin once a yr also a garcia thats 30 yrs old i still use it has no bearings but works perfect

Dude I hate leeches. They're the only things that I'm really afraid of. I don't know why, I've never even had one on me but the idea of them just makes me want to vomit. I'd rather get bitten by a snake or mauled by a bear than have a leach on me lol we must be related i have had um on me before and i hate them with a passion id rather sleep with spiders and scorpions in burlys bed with his wife and deal with that then leeches i may become dead but at least i wont no it ;D

So true burley but if u can get a rod thats as strong and durable as a ugly stik only lighter and with a lifetime warrenty that price point dont matter ..20 extra bucks u aint gonna miss IMO
