i believe they do as said by longmike anything thst gives you confidence works an techniqually they should in water less than 12 feet where red is filtered out,,,,however i fell that 3-1 is outragiousi believe they play a moderate part in strikes but not anything near that much

great work those are some huge fish...LOL the ones you called small would be considered fairly large up here in DE an that 12 # would be a new state record.....man i would kill to fish down south....keep it up an show us some more pics while were DL'ed in the cold

i agree with hawgin,,except my personal preference is 8# siege in smoke green...i choose green because it matches the water i fish in very closely

just a minute ago i was looking at my 5,6 rod an noticed that the guides dont line up exactly, is this a problem or does it typically happen,,, it isnt bent to either side but jus bends down slightly

i agree i would do it once but you would be hard pressed to get me to do it again,and like recmar said you only live once,in my opinion if you play it safe an sit around all your life that isnt really a life, i would rather have an exciting story to tell when i die rather than say " yea i jus sat on that chair staring at a tv screen all my life,,kinda like the tim mcgraw song "live like you were dying" if u ask me

i by no means am an expert but if i no one thing it is that they love the color combinations of red/pink an white other than that i am not sure

TOOK ME A LONG WHILE TO FIND WHAT EVERYONE WAS TALKING ABOUT. WHEN I FOUND IT...THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO PULL THAT UP....I READ OTHERS COMMENTS BEFORE I LOOK AT PICS....LOL SO HE DIDN'T GET ME EITHER...LOL LOL I talked to Whitemike and LBH on AIM and told them to reply like i really did catch the record, so if people scrolled down a little before checking the picutre they wouldn't see all the other posts. BTW I got LBH soooo good. He was talking to me on AIM while he was reading the post and before he checked the picture and he was going on about it was insane for me to release it and how "it could have payed for your collage" and it was worth "$100k" and other stuff, then he clicked the link. I'm not joking, I was ROTFLing. lmfao i remember that day when i got home an signed on AIM,u had me going so good. hook, line, and sinker,,best prank of 07

ok ill just start off by sayinthat in lines are my specialty ;D and that as far as technique a cast and steady retrieve works best.run near the cover but not right throught it cuz they are by no means weedless..they work ok when the bass are lethargic an i guess u could catch them considering i have in february while its just above freezing out. our water too is shallow(1-4 feet in most places we fish). while fishing from the banks try to cast it just past a bush or whatever cover you have without gettin hung up in it an run the lure as close by it as possible, often this will attract fish out of the cover and bite..however dont forget about casting into open water( if its cold this may be best because they stay in deeper/warmer water while its cold)....with both techniques a fish will often follow the lure until a couple of feet before it is to the bank....i like to use a frog colored roostertail (any style) and a gold shiner blue fox which also works great for bass O and i forgot, my favorite rig is a 5,6 foot light action pole with a shimano sahara reel and 8#sufix seige P.S these lures will catch panfish too in smaller sizes(3/16 an under) Logan

o boy!!!! here we go...well my top 5 rock bands would have to be Metallica, godsmack, mudvayne, disturbed, and linkin park in no order...wait ok maybe 6, cant forget bout alice in chains but if we were to talk country it would be garth brooks, tim mcgraw,kenny chesney, trace adkins, and rodney atkins in no order also besides that there are no other music genre's that i care for

for e it really depends on how long the tep was low.....cuz water tep changes much slower then ait temp i usually wont fish differnetly after a a day or two of cold...but as already said when the water temp gets low i fish slower
