  1. I “sailed” a dirty jig the other night. It really surprised me as I casted it and the jig kept sailing through the air into the middle of the pond.
  2. Spinner bait Crank bait Jig Soft plastics
  3. I use this to store my plastics at home. It’s just long enough and tall enough: https://www.hobbylobby.com/Art-Supplies/Storage-Organization/Storage/Sidekick-Mini/p/80646593
  4. I use the 75, and have noticed I have to hod the rod higher than I normally would. Like at the 2 or 3 o’clock position.
  5. I’ve had my tatula 100H for almost a year now, and it’s holding up great. I would definitely recommend the reel to someone.
  6. I don't have any bubblegum senkos. However, I do always have a bag of zoom bubblegum trick worms. I t-rig them, wacky rig them, and swim them.
  7. I bank fish with the Dobyns fury 6'6" rod. I mainly cast crankbaits and t-rigged plastics, maybe an occasional drop shot but that's all. Personally, I like the shorter rod. I am able to cast far enough with it. Neither do I have to worry about getting caught in a tree or brush. But, it is definitely stout.
  8. Zoom trick worm Jitterbug Whopper plopper In the lake that I fish, there's more interest in top water baits.
  9. My purchases this week were a couple packages of Rage Tail baby menace craw and savage gear 3d craw. Darn bait monkey kept whispering in ear?
  10. I usually fish a local pond 1-2 hours about 2 or 3 days a week. I always fish early in the morning. Starting around 7:30 or 8:00. It`s a good way to start the day.
  11. Thanks for all your input. I`m that I purchased some Mepps inline spinners, and can`t wait to receive them.
  12. From what I've read, people either really love Mepps spinners or hate them. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Mepps, and if so, what are your thoughts? I just ordered a couple of them from Cabelas. Wayne
  13. If you`re on the westside of Atlanta, a good place to go is sweetwater creek state park in Douglasville. It has a 215 acre reservoir. There's always people there fishing. It costs $5 to park.
