It’s been really nice in Georgia which makes me happy, but it also makes me wonder what’s the weather going to be like in March. Historically, that’s been the month that Atlanta gets an ice storm or snow storm that shuts down the city for a week or two.

The first fish that ever caught was on a 4” grub that I was swimming. I believe the grub is a good choice to start with. I also believe that the ned rig is a good choice beginners.

I use the improved clinch knot for everything, except braid to leader. Then, I use the Alberto knot.

Most of the time, I use Zoom trick worms. I have the most success with bright colors like limetruese, chartreuse, white, or metholate. But will use natural colors like green pumpkin or watermelon if that’s what the fish wants.

Last year, I broke a bone in my foot and wasn’t able to walk around very well. During that time my passion for fishing declined, so I started pursuing other hobbies. Now that the bone is healed and Spring is just around the corner, I’m starting to get into fishing.

Personally, I finesse fish more. Especially during the winter and summer. But, I won’t hesitate to pick up my crankbait rod and power fish.

I would put a trick worm or zoom mag II on a Carolina rig.

Bubble gum colored trick worms are my most productive ones. I also have success with the solid white ones.

Occasionally I’ll use a Palomar.

After using Abraszx flouro for many years, I recently bought some sunline super Fc sniper to put on my crankbait rod. I like the super fc sniper more than abraszx. By the way, awesome rerange 110. What color is it?
