  1. I don't know which these were. But here is the deal, I have several in different sizes and colors That I would give to someone who likes these baits and will use them.
  2. Do you want some Catt? I have some I will give you if you like. They were never used.
  3. Is anyone still using this bait?
  4. The only LC plug I have success with is the pointer and it is in a class by itself. The rest are average at best for me.
  5. I think Big O and Catt have put this attractant issue into it's proper perspective as well as it can be said. I also do not think the word attractant is a proper description for what they do best.
  6. Arbogast Mud Bug Heddon Tad Poly Hellbenders Original wooden Bombers. River Runts Creek Chub Plunkers Go Deeper Crab I think it was Heddon.
  7. Some are better, some are not. Wish I had some of the "good" old ones left.
  8. Sounds like fun, have at it and let us know how it comes out.
  9. What were you fishing For? Bass?
  10. Nothing in this world can attract a bass to a bait and make it eat it just because it smells good. They may make a bass hold onto a bait a little longer after he strikes though.
  11. I think the scent of Power Bait is as good as it gets and they really don't need anything else.
  12. I am sure those guys take their arrogance and rudeness with them where ever they go. Enter them in the " butt head " column.
  13. That sure looks like the bill that Whopper Stopper used, but I don't know that lure.
  14. You probably would have found more information using the search feature. This has been done many times before. I think you will learn that any of them is somebody's favorite.
  15. I think you have answered your own question. You are sticking with your favorite too long and not giving these a chance.
  16. Again?? Look on page two, three, or four there is plenty to read.
  17. All I use are Kalin's and Yum My Grubs. I rig mine with the tail down.
  18. When you are looking for something that specific, you will probably have to buy the original. I think the quality of the Rapala baits at that price make them the best bargain on the market.
  19. I do well with the 100 and 200 series also and have not had a lot of issues with quality. I like Bandits better than the Academy cranks which are not bad either. Sometimes the local Cabela's has Bandits for $1.99. I load up then.
  20. Brush Hog in Junebug, always a killer
  21. The Grave Diggers have been a hot bait around here for the last 3 or 4 years, especially in the fall. Everyone agrees that they feel cheap and the paint will peel off of one every now and then but they are worth the trouble because they catch fish. Of the six I have only one lost it's finish but I still caught bass with it.
  22. Soft baits most of the time because that is what works around here.
  23. And there will be days when that action will be the best choice and days when it will not.
  24. Nothing beats a Zoom. The Berkley lizards are real good also.
  25. About the only thing that will catch more smallmouth than a tube during the summer IS the real thing.
