  1. I prefer vertically challenged. How did that coffee feel, it it was too hot you should sue. Did he stop short
  2. As of last week the Daiwa Sol. Love the feel and the looks.
  3. Have the Viento, never really use the twiching bar but it is a quality reel. What is drawing you towards the Viento? If it is mostly the bar make sure it is something you think you will use. Just wondering because the bps has no bar and Daiwa makes other reels in the same price range. Daiwa's long lasting quality speaks for it self though. You can get a great price on the JM Signature from time to time also which can help.
  4. I use stickjackets and like them. They can be a little tight over the biggest eyelet at the bottom though but offer great protection.
  5. Cant really go wrong with any pf the boats in the 40k plus price range. As far as getting wet is a z20 sounds like the driver more than the boat. Been is lots of of different boats and normally the only time I got wet was with a less the experienced driver. Although we are talking bass boats and in rough water you will get wet at high speeds.Champion makes a great boat also if you have a dealer around, love rangers but champions are becoming my new favorite, I like the deeper V for rough water. Wish there was a dealer which in 150miles.
  6. Nice to hear the quick turn around. I have never heard anything bad and always wondered what the turn around was. Huge bonus they offered the upgrade.
  7. That is for sure, just had two days of it on the St.Clair river drifting and it was a blast, very productive.
  8. I just ordered both, can't wait untill they get in so I can do some small mouth fishing. I have checking out this new space age fishing line also, not sure how to spool it yet as it is invisable.
  9. The SPRO Bronzeye JR. I seem to have alot better luck with the smaller Jr. series
  10. I keep them in the bags they come in and have them sorted in to different Tupperware containers. They seem to last a lot longer in the bag.
  11. LOL, Dont want to sensitive there, it could break easier on you too. Ouch!
  12. I hook all my hooks on the hook eyelet near the handle and I have heard from a couple people this is going to damage the rod. What are you guys doing? I know they have products out for hooking your hooks too but it seems a litttle over board. I am using mostly avids and would like to make them last. Also I see the pro's swing line around there rod a couple of times before they but the secure the hook. Is that to take pressure off the tip? Thanks.
  13. I got one during the spring classic at bps. So far I like it, use it for jigs mostly. Tried it for topwaters but the twichen bar didnt create the right action. Makes jigs bounce great though. When you twich it is makes it puff up the shirt in what I think is a nice action. Going to try plastics with it soon. Somtimes just fun to twich the bait back in.
  14. It does seem I always catch more when I am alone. Then when you do take someone and tell them about hott it has been you cant get on anything. I take my dog sometimes but all he does is sleep. I know when he starts talking to me though it is time to go in ;D
  15. Last year I thought they were gone as we used grub control the the year before when the grubs were present. Now this year no grubs but a ton of mole action. I rolled the yard in early spring and it it already a huge mess. If you come up with something be sure to post it. I have tried traps also but with no luck.
  16. I have been fishing alone alot lately and have caught myself talking to myself and the fish, tackle, rod, reel and so on. Sometimes I lose the drive to even go out by myself. I put the radio on but it gets old too.My hours force me too go alone if I want the chance to fish though. Sometime I think one of the best things about fishing is just being able to b.s. with a buddy but lately its just myself. What are you guys fishing alone doing to stay sane?
  17. Supplements are just that, a supplement to proper diet. As far as the FDA not having any control over them, I am not sure I would trust all what they say. Look at all the Rx drugs they have approved but still have a mile long list of side effects, not to mention the ones they approved and had to remove due to deaths. I am alot more worried about taking certain Rx's than I would ever be certain supplements. Putting on mass or dieting is 90% what your eat. consumerlabs does some independent testing also, but mostly vitamins. Also a fast burning carb postworkout with your protien is very important in putting on mass. Limit carbs at night if you are trying to cut.
  18. Best quote ever. It was a great joke.
  19. Hey Fivebasslimit do you still have these?
  20. Bought some last week but havent had a chance to use it. Nice to hear there is some positive feedback starting to come back on it. With the rebate it is hard not to try
  21. Anyone using stickjacket or storsit for rod protection? www.stickjacket.com www.storsit.com Also what are you using to protect your rods in transportation when they are not in the rod locker? Any home made case for a bed of a truck.
  22. lol extra parts. I think that is trouble but I bow too you sir.

I have had my CCW since Michigan passed the law and pretty much carry anytime I leave home. I do consider it a privlige and not a right. Hopefully never need to use it as the sad thing is that your will most likely lose everything in cival court doing to being sued for defending yourself. Several Michigan resedents that have been sued by the crimals family in cival court and lost even though it was a justified shooting. I am pro gun and will leave it at that.
  24. I Have had great luck with Protien shakes and Creatine. Eat alot of quaility meals throughout the day. Your after workout shake is the most important get carbs in at that time also. As far as workouts stick with compound movements (squat, deadlift, bench press) as your first movent for that day,as they will add the most mass. I like a four day spilt: Legs/Abs Chest/Triceps?Calves Back/Biceps Shoulders/Delts/Calves
  25. Wow, that is a huge milestone. Congrats on the Accomplishment.
