  1. They would have to be cheap. When BPS has their Stick-O's on sale, you can get a bag of 30 for 6 bucks. And in my opinion, they work quite well.
  2. Plus an extra 10% off today for Club Members. I had to buy a few.
  3. Suffix 832 has never let me down, spinning or casting gear.
  4. I have that Carbonlite ML paired to a Daiwa Zillion and am using it for a ned rig rod. I can cast a 1/6oz head with a finesse trd 40-50 feet. Hook sets and losing fish aren't a problem with the rod. I basically reel into the bite then set the hook. It's a good rod for the money. I have a few different versions of them.
  5. 6. Bass Pro has 10 percent off of your online order today only for club members.
  7. McCoy MeanGreen has been a home run for me. You should seriously give it a try.
  8. Yep. Cast out with a slow, steady retrieve. If you ever feel like taking a drive out my way, let me know. There are a lot of ponds with decent fish by me. My PB 6.15lb LMB came out of a pond 1 mile from my house.
  9. I have finally started to catch fish in my local ponds. Water is relatively clear and have been using a swim jig with a Keitech trailer.
  10. Dicks has some decent deals.......buy 3 get 1 free Strike King, Rapala, Keitech and more. Spend 100 and get another 20 bucks off.
  11. First time out at a local pond. Caught 5 in an hour. Nothing big but it was fun
  12. I use the Savior rack. To me it was money well spent. https://www.ebay.com/itm/SAVIOR-Fishing-Rod-Rack-Floor-Stand-Garage-Pole-Holder-Home-Display-Organizer/173983950659?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=472771124916&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
  13. Just finished up fishing my Smoke S3 PT for the first time today. I have it on a 7' MF Abu Ike rod with 10lb copoly line. I was casting a 3/16oz Booyah Pond Magic quite far with little effort and nothing even close to a backlash occurred. The reel is light and fit my hand perfectly and is buttery smooth. I know, I only have a couple of hours on it, but like the rest of my Quantum reels, im impressed and happy with my purchase.
  14. Thanks. I fish a lot of ponds in Will County. I live in Manhattan
  15. Good luck. I'm going to try later today. Just picked up a pond magic spinnerbait and want to try it out.
  16. I probably have 10 hours of fishing local ponds by me and have caught 3 small bass on a ned rig. They just aren't active yet. It wasn't until mid April of last year until they actually started biting.
  17. I have to admit, I never really fished a spinnerbait. Was at Walmart grabbing some essentials and of course I had to roam through the fishing isle. They had Booyah Pond Magic spinnerbaits for $2.44, so I grabbed a couple. Questions.......What gear are you throwing them on and also, are you using a trailer? Thanks!
  18. I have several Vapor PTs, Smoke HDs and Tour MGs and love every one. I'm sure I'll enjoy the others just as much.
  19. I grabbed a Tour and 2 Smokes. Shipping was 24.95 for all 3 and for some reason I didn't get charged my state tax. Ordered on Momday and they arrived on Thursday with no issues
  20. I love my Carbonlite 2.0s. I have both casting and spinning and never had any issues with them. And I fish at least 5 days a week.
  21. I have made 2 separate orders from Cabela's for them, for a total of 20 and every one has been in its bubble package. I did grab one out of the box and it fell right out of its package though.
  22. Try code......BBC10
