New To Soft Plastic Making
You should go over to www.tackleunderground.com and have a look at the dos and don's for newbies. There is a ton of info there and most of it will benefit you if you get into making your own baits.

Making Your Own Marking Bouys
I have from time to time. I have used wood and Styrofoam but prefer the H type made of plastic.

Onboard Charger
Not familiar with the MK but I have Dual Pro and it is a very good unit. After one bank went out on the original after 10 years of hard use, they gave me a good deal on a new one.

Question About Batteries, Bilge Pumps, And Aerators.
X2 I run a 10 boom sprayer doing the same thing. I hook it to a plugin on the back of my truck. It is wired to the tail lights so I have a switch for off and on.

Jigs and all of the molds, lead, skirt materials, hookes and weedguard.

Making Jig Skirts/save Money?
You have a good start with an idea. You can keep the cost down buying precast heads and attaching the skirts. Cadman might even sell you some jig heads or you can look at Janns, Barlows, Lure Parts on Line, Lure Craft, etc.

Which Do You Prefer?
I want all of my stuff to feel and work the same so I don't have to guess at night. So I buy Shimano Curados and Gloomis IMX rods. Just the stiffness and weight of the bait is the only difference when I pick up a setup.

Why Do Many People Despise Slow Texas Rig Fishing?
Where did you see that info? Was this a survey, study or just your impression. I don't know anyone who doesn't like to do it at least part of the time.

Can You Texas Rig Tubes?
Trigging works fine. I especially like to do it and have a bell sinker inside the tube. That is the most weed less way I have found to fish it.

If You Could Only Choose One: T-Rig (Weighted Or Un-Weighted) Or Jig?
Jig for me of course.

Night Fishing
I fish the same colors and same baits as I do during the day. I use a light on my cap like the others. Sometimes I use my black lights and sometimes I don't. I don't use a spot light. I we have a 30 mph speed limit in MO so I don't need it. I use a gps for navigation. I have heard that dryer sheets will keep mosquitos away but haven't need to use them yet though I have them in the boat just in case. I wear light colored clothes as that is supposed to help keep them off.

Humming Bird Or Lowrance?
One of my buds has 2 birds. I have 2 Lows. I think his side and down are better than mine while my 2d sonar is better than his.

Dek-It (Fixed) Or Ram Mount?
6" ram right in front of the trolling motor pedal. I like it much better in the center than on the right.

Portable Fish Scales
I tried every digital I could buy and none of the gave a consistent reading so I bit the bullet and bought a boga. Not only is it good, it makes it easier to land a good fish with treble hooks in its mouth.

Moisture Problem
Not much can be done that I know of. When I had one do that I put it out in the sun and let it bake out. It helped a little. Then I carried it in the truck and only put it on the boat when I fished.

Beginner Wanting To Learn To Make Senko Type Baits
Look at Lure Parts on Line, Jann's Netcraft, Barlow's Tackle Shop, Lurecraft, Bear's Baits, Stamina Inc, Caney Creek, Jacob's, Del Mart Molds. There are lots more but I use them most. If you go for the silicone cups. Google nor por and you can order them. Bed Bath and Beyond has some but they can't stand the heat. Harbor Freight Tool Sales have the cheapest infrared thermometer I have found.

Pouring Question From A Beginner
Plastisol starts out looking like milk. As you heat and stir it begins to look like epoxy. Then it thins out and turns clear. After it turns clear you add the colorant and glitter. As you can see smalljaw was 100% correct with his answer.

Beginner Wanting To Learn To Make Senko Type Baits
There are two types of molds (hand pour and injection). Be sure you buy the one you want to use. If you get the injection type you will have to buy injectors to go along with it. You need a dedicated source of heat (hot plate or microwave). I have both but prefer the microwave. Good gloves to handle hot stuff. I use the ones from Bears' Baits...good to 500°. Colorant and glitter. Softener, hardener, and heat stabilizer. Plastisol Pans if you go hot plate Cups if you go microwave (Pyrex or silicone). I prefer the silicone except for pouring swirls then I use a divided Pyrex. You will save lots of plastisol if you buy an infared thermometer. You also need a place with ventilation (not in the house) for your work station. The list is nonending but this will get you started. My stick mold is from Del's. It is a 4 cavity 5" for pouring. It allows me to pour single, laminates and swirls. You can also make your own molds but that is a whole different ball game.

Thinking About Trying To Make Some Tackle
It is. I had a limit of keepers last night and they were caught on 4 different bait all of which I made. My advice to you is pick something that you like to use and don't mind having lots of colors and several hundred on hand and start making them. When you decide what you are going to make let us know and we may be able to point you in the right direction.
