Built and tuned a Taccom upper/bolt/buffer group with a PSA 9mm Colt lower for IDPA and USPSA competition. It has an EOTech holo sight (plus a Burris FastFire red dot at 45 degrees zeroed for close up targets). I run 147 gr handloads and it is a hoot to shoot. Dropped only 7 points (Most Accurate) at the Battle on the Bayou IDPA state match in 2019 (Fishing on the Bayou stage pictured here).

When I lived in Florida I caught my PB on a black plastic worm on a Johnson Silver Minnow. May have to dust 'em off and give 'em a try here in Louisiana.

How's the memory compared to whatever you used before? I'm using Sunline Sniper doused with KVD conditioner and it still has more issues than I'd like on spinning gear. I'd give a spool a try if it appears to have less memory.

According to Bass Times, it was a prototype.

Only Palomar knots here for both flouro and braid...nearly no issues compared to what I starting experiencing with the IC knot when I moved to flouro. IC was always fine on mono, FWIW.
