Does it run? If so, check the going rate for the outboard.

Oh, so there's a bunch of room in there? That would work fine. Do you know which one that is? Removable sticker doesn't seem to be a searchable feature, lol.

Butt Cap Help?
Anyone know of a butt cap in a similar style as these where I could get the center section off? I want to 3D print a decorative middle part and replace the stock disc that says ALPS in the picture.

How to rig
I don't use tube jigs as I basically only fish around hangups. If I fished open areas, an exposed hook would be fine. Texas rig or stupid tube rig for me.

Running Guide Size Recommendation for Braid to Leader Knots...???
Like I said before, guide size is irrelevant for passing knots. You want to focus on ID of the guide ring as it varies a lot from style to style. I would make double sure if you're spending Torzite money....

To the best of your memory, what was the lure you caught your first bass on?
Probably a Teeny Torpedo if we're not counting nightcrawlers.

Fishing on holiday weekends?
If I go, I'm off the water by 10am. Too many casuals and jetskis out there for me. I can push it to noon if it's a no wake lake.

Ever try weighted wacky hooks? Sounds like you're using the wrong tool for the job. Those crimp eyes are not designed for this application. Your other free option would be to tie the weights onto the hook. Or use the tag end of your hook knot to attach the weight

So your saying the weight falls off but the bait stays on?
