Smaller Colorado spinnerbaits
I've had one of these sitting in my box forever but never used. I usually use the Siebert Compact double willow. Do you normally use a trailer with the OKIE BUG?

Spro swivels
Usually just do a connection knot.

Nikko Hellgrammite
I received my first pack yesterday. I'm looking to try it on Friday for river smallies. They look to be near Elaztech tough, but we'll see. ETA: I plan on throwing it on a 1/8 oz ball head jig.

Spinnerbait rod and spinner baits
I throw spinner baits on a Fury 703c and a Fury 734c depending on the size and trailer.

Most versatile rod length?
All of my go to rods are 6'10" - 7'3". I have shorter and longer, but the ~7' rods get the most use by far.

What's the correct way to rig a beaver trailer?
That looks like the way I rig mine.

Whopper Plopper 60
I do well in the right conditions on the 75 and 110. The 90 has been more or less useless to me. Maybe worth giving the little 60 a try, if for nothing else as a poster mentioned above for having my son be able to throw one too.

Using Snap Swivels?
Pretty much this for the same reasons. I can't tell a difference in action from and extra small TA clip to lure as opposed to a a direct tie to split ring. For jigs and direct to hook I direct tie.

Anyone use these?
I threw one a bunch last season and landed a few fish on it. I didn't notice a difference in hookup but allowed me to fish a little more around wood.

Anyone ever tried this trick with a swivel?
I've never seen that but I think I'll give it a try.

Anyone here around the Northern DE/Northeast MD area?
I am, but I struggle with good spots that are close enough for me to sneak off to, with having small children, that aren't severely over-pressured.

New here hello from DE
Hello, New member here from Delaware. I've been fishing for most of my life but not super seriously. For the last two years I've had the bass bug and spending more time around the water. Looking to start kayak fishing the ponds I frequent this spring. This forum has been valuable as a lurker and figured it was time to join.
