There was a snapping turtle at a local pond I went to he weighed about 95 pounds and every time I went there to fish he would come up and lay right alongside me. He did not bother me and I didn't bother him. I think he just wanted to fish with me. My husband on the other hand hated that I just stood there and did not move away. He did not get that the turtle and I had an understanding. lol
