  1. I love those Drop Dead hooks by VMC, they are a lil longer in the shaft, but the placement of the weight is perfect! Whether a fluke, or a swim bait this is my weighted hook if choice on the lighter side of belly weighted hooks.
  2. The BPS sells a 4” swim bait called the Reel Scremer” makes for a great swim bait trailer, just enough action, not all over the place like a Keitech, I rigg them upside down on a chatter bait
  3. Just walk the C-14 canal in Pompano/Ft. Lauderdale area, you’ll catch everything from Peacocks, Largemouth, Mayans, Tilapia and maybe even some snook and Tarpon. And ya DONT need live bait.
  4. Get yourself a Yo Zuri 3DS 70SP in Holographic Glass Ghost, and grab one in Holographic Ayu and you’ll be good to go. Jus keep the lure movin! Ps will turn away from a lure if ya kill it. Don’t worry Ps ate plenty fast to catch that lure. Hope that helps, I’ve caught hundreds of em on those Yo Zuris. And also a Heddon Baby Torpedo prob Bait being ripped across the top is a killer lure as well.

  6. I fish a 3” or 4” spark shad if less than 3/4oz, it’s a money deal!
