What Kind Of Line Do You Like For These Applications?
I use 50lb braid for everything.

Peg Or Not To Peg
I peg most of the time. I fish very heavy timber and find I get hung up less with the weight pegged.

Dipping Snuff
Thats funny right there!!!

Your "turning Point" Purchase
Mine would have to be purchasing an Internet plan, without it I would never found BassResource.com. It has certainly been a game changer for me. Switching to braided line was a big one too.

Dipping Snuff
Yeah but that won't happen to me!

Swimming At The Lake Today
Thats crazy, I would also like to know what type of snake that is.

Right Or Left
Left for me, casting and spinning.

Dipping Snuff
I have been dipping for almost ten years now, was a smoker for about ten before that. I regret it, I regret not quitting (smoking) all together after basic training. I have tried to quit, but honestly didn't give it a fair effort probably.

Your Favorite Brand Of Reels (Baitcast Or Spinning)
Abu Garcia is my favorite. I own 5 S'L's, 1 Black Max, and 1 C4. That said, I really love my Daiwa Viento, I use it for flippin and pitchin. Excellent for this purpose, but it also can cast a mile if need be.

Dog Days Are Here In Md Were Else??
I think it was 104* today. We NEED rain in a bad way. I heard worst drought in 50 years. I am off the water by 930am most days now.

Any Pelican Bass Raider Owners Out There?
No experience with a drift sock. I have used an anchor. The mushroom kind did not hold at all with any kind of wind. The "grab" style grabbed too well and I had to cut the rope, twice with that style. Best bet, motor up front, batery in back, rudder in back. With this set up, I sit closer to the front, evens out the weight of the battery I think. Also, if your water levels are down, the fish aren't biting....head back into coves where people bank fish and big boats can't get to, look for shiney stuff in the cover and trees. I found $60 worth of hard baits in about a 30 foot stretch of bank the other day!! Cliff

Fishing Footwear -- What Do You Wear?
I have been wearing Sperry flops this year. Love them! Much better than my old ones. In the colder months I wear Nikes or NB.

Tattoos?
I got one in the center of my upper back when I was 18 or so. I drew it so I know there isn't another one like it anywhere. It is a circle, tribalish, the center of it is a painting of a sun I found in a book while researching my bit of native american blood. Then when I was in the army I drew another piece that goes above the circle, shoulder to shoulder and kinda wraps around the original circle. I like it and don't regret it. However the second one was done by another soldier, in a barracks room, in Korea. He did a good job as far as the drawing and such, but it has faded and needs to be touched up. I could have as many as I want, anywhere on my body, no issues with work. I freakin hate needles though!! I would like to get something fishing related but I haven't come up with anything good yet. I have always thought having one on my forearm would be cool, the outside of my forearm. Cliff

Any Pelican Bass Raider Owners Out There?
I use the Everstart as well, going on three years with it now and has never let me down, I rarely burn more than 20-30% of a charge. I got my trolling motor breaker from the local Ranger (I think?) dealership. Cliff

Any Pelican Bass Raider Owners Out There?
That is exactly what I would do if I had a trailer. But I load on my truck, so I would have to take it off each time. My slip on rudder works better for my situation.

Any Pelican Bass Raider Owners Out There?
I have never had my boat on Belton or Stillhouse. As for the water I cover, it depends. If it is dead calm I have no problem traveling up to 3/4 of a mile (only a guess, could be more or less) or so one way to hit a spot. When it is windy I fish the calm side of the lake. I rarely get more than a short distance from the bank, no further than I know I could swim. Genarally my trips range from 2-6 hours and I launch in an area I want to fish. Then I just thoroughly fish tht area. Here is an example of what one of my trip might consist of, the yellow line represents my travel.

6-4-11...keel Weighted Rage Craw To The Rescue!
Thanks guys, I am really loving this rig. I bet your right Big O, I figure most guys are just using a standard t-rig. I am going to Ohio at the end of the week to visit my folks and brother. I will be putting the Rage Rig to the test in this part of the country as well.

Best Times, Places, Conditions For Crawfish Baits
A t-rigged(more recently keel weighted) Rage Craw is one of my top producers, especially for size, year round.

6-4-11...keel Weighted Rage Craw To The Rescue!
The hooks are 4/0 but they are huge!!! It is an Owner Beast. It has the little cork screw deal on the end. Super wide gap but it fits nicely in a Rage Craw. I actually caught a few smaller ones too and they didn't seem to have any problems getting that big hook in their mouths. I am going again tomorrow with a friend who has an actual bass boat so will be fishing more of that lake. Cliff
