What Line for topwater?
Braid is the worst choice for topwater treble. It does foul easily. I use P-line CXX in 6# test and trilene XL in 12# test.Usually done with a SPINNING reel since i can switch out spools.I do occasionally use 6# yo zuri ultra soft as well.

What type and weight of jig heads for tubes?
3" 3/0 wide gap,4" 4/0 wide gap. The biggest and widest hook you can get away with. As long as it's not blocking the hook set, nope won't get in the way. I believe there was a tutorial on here where they put the glass, then a ear plug foam, then the hook.It keeps the rattle up by the nose area and away from the hook point.

BIG TEN FOOTBALL TEAMS
I'm a bit disappointed in Wisconsin's lost that night. My hat goes off to Tank Carder and TCU. The Defensive was awesome on both sides and really was a heart pounding good game IMO.

What type and weight of jig heads for tubes?
I'm gonna have to try those...Thanks RW. Personally I don't like those...I had the tube and hook get tangled up in that cause the bait to slide down and it's hard to get it back into position.I have those and the rattle ones as well. I use the jig hooks made by a local tackle company here in a mom and pop's store. They have gammy hooks with them. One good thing about here Tubes are the most popular bait here and therefore making of our tackle makers here offer a lot of different things. http://troycox.imoutdoorshosting.com/store/page42.html These work as well if you don't want the expose hook from the tube jig and prefer to keep it weedless.

Tubes?
NOPE! Although you are likely to catch a few more smaller ones than you wish to. Most prefer 4" and above for LM. I use the 4" big boys. I've caught bass on their 1.5" panfish/crappie tubes already. Many of times I use the 2.75 bass teasers when I downsize for finicky bass.

Zoom WEC crankbaits...whatz up??
I'm curious as to what's the difference between those and some of our tackle crankbait makers here. Big M makes almost the exact looking bait.

Fishing is boring!
My kid has an attention span of an hummingbird. I'm lucky to get 5 minutes of fishing time with him. Lucky for me I know exactly where the bluegills bite during certain times of a year and we can catch 2-4 bluegills in those five minutes. My kid has autism....probably doesn't help my situation one bit either...but patience goes a long way with him. I also try to choose a place that has a playground near by...because 5 minutes just ain't enough time spending with each other. After the playground we go and get some Ice cream cones before we head home.Make it a day that way as well. When it comes to kids it cannot be about you fishing...it just won't work that way unless you got a kid who 100% dedicated to fishing. Don't be discourage.....that's what i was always told as well.

Caution! Craigslist buyers
He is currently in contact with the owner who had it stolen.Owner said he can have it now.Come to find out it was stolen over 7 years ago now.Right now it's all legal mumbo jumbo with the insurance company.I'm guessing the original owner got paid or compensated for the bike.So they don't want it anymore since it's been replaced with new bikes. He's getting somewhat lucky with the original owners,Nice people he said and quite understanding of this whole mess.

Caution! Craigslist buyers
I was always told if it was a stolen goods, rather you paid for it or not,not knowing it was stolen you are still liable to get in trouble. This guy loves buying and fixing anything motor related. The neighbors "suspected" he was running a chop shop. His house looks a little like a junk yard you could say sometimes. So neighbors don't like him. They(Dallas police) checked every car, truck, dirt bike and four wheeler he had and only one showed up stolen.Told the cops exactly where he brought it from and who the person was. Cops called him a "liar". Hauled the bike off and they all left. He's talking about getting a lawyer now. :-/

Question concerning Jigs
Arkie jigs do not have the greatest or sharpest hooks on them. The hooks bend pretty easily too.You snag these and 70% of the time you'll get it back with a bent hook....unless you are like me and manage to wedge the entire jig under a rock and lose it that way. ;D I use the arkie jig heads and cut the hooks and line eye tie off of them for another type of usage. :-X

Caution! Craigslist buyers
My buddy just had a police raid at his house. Short story short, they found a dirt bike he brought off some guy on craigslist stolen. He didn't know it was stolen. So they took his bike and hauled it off. Not sure the whole story but the bike was stolen back in 09' twice by the original owner. My buddy contacted the original owner and she told him he can have the bike if the police will let it out of impound. I'm guessing he's going to go with the original owner and paid the impound fee and take it back home. He has 7 other bikes which were not stolen all brought the same way..through Craigslist. I guess he's done with Craigslist for awhile now,he doesn't want anymore Swat raids. They thought he was running a chop shop i guess. So beware if you are buying anything off Craigslist without paperwork.Hard lesson learned for him. The cops didn't believe him at all.

Do you always stay within the suggested lure weight range of a rod??
I do....no matter what. I seem to cast like crap when i go under the lure rating. Most of my rods are 3/8oz-1oz like yours, last year i brought one rod that does much better in the 1/4oz-5/8oz department. If your tossing lures over the weight limit,if you break that rod you got nobody but yourself to blame. Bait monkey loves these rating....you'll be hearing him soon now.
