Doing my homework here I picked craws...because during molting craw shell formation requires large levels of the aromatic amino acid phenylalanine, equivalent to Aspartame, an artificial sweetener. I think it's almost impossible to tell what they prefer since Bass need a mixed diet. Much like us. So the prefer food could change on a daily basic from shad/baitfish/bluegills/craws and even bugs which are high in protein list. This is all my opinion and some things I've read of course.

Most of the time I just toss them,75% of the time i lost the rig before i have to toss it. But the rare 25% of the time i use my handee tool which has a hook sharpener and sand it down starting from the back of the hook to the point(never the other way around).Best $14.95 investment i ever made.You can always test the sharpness on your fingernail.You'll figure out quickly rather the hook is still useless after sharpening it or not. You will compromise the cutting edge no matter how you try to work it.Which is why i usually toss the hooks most of the time.

I got the right hand one and thumb needs to come into play. I set mine up at 6. 10# line is a little light for this reel...I'd go 14# or higher. Matter of fact this reel is casting 17# P-line Cxx with no problems for me. I tried some 12# test once and it wasn't pretty after i backlashed it. ;D Now I love my STX...wish i would have kept the other 2 i sold off.I like it more than my Curado E7. :-/

We got a Bass season as well.Dec. 31st- 3rd or Last Saturday of April(catch and release only starts) My season usually ends when my fingers feel like they are going to fall off after an half hour or hour when I'm fishing.That's just too dang cold for me. Or when the lakes start to ice up and frozen.It Usually happens before Dec. up here.

My wife got hit..she's sicker than heck too now. May i suggest Chicken noodle soup,she ate some and she is feeling a little better.Make sure you drink that broth with it. I do the same thing when i get sick...chicken noodle soup will make you feel better.Something is in that chicken noodle soup.

He was very passionate in his beliefs , that's probably why his not here any more , too much rocking the boat which some here couldn't tolerate. I for one miss his wit and passion very much. I think the drugs messed his brain up pretty badly...He acts a little kooky sometimes. I still find it funny Dom thinks advertising your sponsor's baits and lures is the same thing/on the same level as dealing crack cocaine.At least he seems to think so.Don't believe me ask RW. ;D He's already left 3-4 boards because of it. This board seems to be the only one where a few members miss him still. He really shouldn't be online anymore and far,far away from a computer if you want my opinion. I wouldn't doubt for one minute he's a great person when you meet him "in person" though.

LOL....Mine is just entering that phase... Everytime i ask him to do something like picking up his toys I get the answer "No" now. I miss the answer "why" because at least i could explain why i was telling him something.

Well,I picked up and left everything behind from Texas to move to MI. to be with my wife who was my G/F at the time. I had no job,a somewhat place to stay and was running on instinct that this girl was the one i was looking for. All she had was a job at McDonald's,living with her grandparents and no car. Now i have a pretty decent job,our own home and we are now married. She's in the medical field currently still going to school for EMT and she now works for gilbert's resident homes taking care of older people who are put into these homes.She's making somewhat decent money...but she wants to move up,reason why she's still in school. My whole point is...if you want it to work out...you'll figure out how to make it work.

I got a funny feeling you will be investing in buying some oars pretty soon now.... ;D

Lately it's been *** by *.Solid black color has been my go to so far. Other favorite worms are yum dinger 4",Jogger worm 4" Aaron magic,Zoom trick stick 7" watermelon/chart tail. Curly tail are either by culprit or berkley powerworms...either one in the 7" size.

Hunting and providing for the family has always been a "male" role.....This has got to be the reason why we rarely ever see a woman on a hunting show as well. Males as always taken this role since the dawn of time.Apparently we still do. :-/ I'm not saying it's right and i have to agree with Glenn it is quite embarrassing. We'll evolve soon enough.Not enough women have tapped into these activities to make any changes just yet. Fishing for sport still seems to view greater from the white male audience. I can get my wife out there once a year....if I'm lucky.She wants nothing to do with fishing,hunting or outdoors. She does however supports my addiction so i just let it go. ;D

I never heard of it....I had to look it up. It does sound and look a little gimmicky. However i do use rattles with jigs and plastic and such.Can't be much difference? :-/

I buy my buddy's fishing license every year it seems.Ain't uncommon for me to give away baits. My biggest one was giving a kid a $200 bike because his got stolen that night.It just seemed like the right thing to do for me.I gave him a lock and chain as well so it doesn't happen again too easily.I hope he remembers that when he grows up and knows there are good people in this world too.

Insane clown posse puts on an awesome show with a lot of gadgets. Plus they spray Faygo(soda/pop) all over the crowd. I feel bad for who ever has to clean the place up afterwards. ;D I actually miss those days,but i grew out of that music i guess.

I got a spinning rod and love mine. I definitely see more in the future for me.

My brother Emailed me asking me for some tips on how to catch a fish.Mind you he doesn't really know a thing at all about fishing. I told him to tie on an Inline spinner,cast out and retrieve slow and he did so and actually caught fish. They are so simple to use and flat out catch fish. I have around 100 inline spinners in a 3600 plano box....I like em' so much i make my own now. ;D
