i just wanted to do something different so decided to try a smallie. my friend wants me to paint him a smallie, so i tried this one out on my own bait and he doesn't like it lol. he said the smallies near him are more olive. guess i should have looked at a reference pic before i painted. i'll make his bait more olive
  2. yeah this is the intro i remember ^
  3. Do you know that Big M guy? He does make a nice bait. But............. Just kidding! Thanks a lot guys! The scales in the third pic I did by laying netting over netting. Spray one color with one layer and then the accent color through the second. how did you get the black tips on the scales like that though?
  4. i know if you tie a tight knot and slide it down to the bottom of the line tie the lure will have a more exaggerated wobble. you can also use suspen-dots or strips to change the buoyancy.
  5. how did you miss the fact that he flew there???
  6. You say 'new' as if he had one before... this is correct ;D
  7. the bait in the third pic is awesome. please share how you did the scales!
  8. same. i like it.
  9. Gerber Resolve is a good multitool. i love mine. but i don't really use it out fishing much, as its too short and bulky to remove hooks. i use it to cut line and pull my braid knots extra tight and such, just not to remove hooks. for that i use an original HookOut. the long rapala needle nose pliers look nice though.
  10. looks like something out of GTA2 lol
  11. team depends: if you want team papmpers to read your stories, make them shorter

what are you guys using for primer? i have a new can of Krylon primer (well, it was new when i bought it along w/ my other airbrush paints, its about 75% gone now). i just bought this with the rest of my airbrush paints, so its not like its been sitting out in the garage for years before i decided to use it. i keep it indoors. i absolutely hate the stuff. it comes out in a spattery spray, doesn't cover up colors underneath very well, its pretty runny when its on the bait. its tricky to get a good primer coat with it. i just hate everything about it. how necessary is a primer? i was thinking if i can't find a better primer i might just go without... or is that a no-go?
  19. i have mine on vibrate 90% of the time though. but when the volumes up its Dead Seeds
  20. thanks guys!

  22. i guess... i'm looking at the case right now and there aren't even system requirements listed. maybe they were on like a cardboard sleeve when i bought it or something. i would think the only thing that may need improvement is the video card.... its an NVIDIA something
  23. oh there's also Kuma War, which is online and totally free. you download it and then whenever they come out with new maps (missions) you download them. i had this game for a while and then it decided to stop working too. there were always lots of people on and it was really fun. www.kumawar.com
  24. i bought a Counter Strike: Source package from Best Buy for 20 bucks and it included CS:S, Half Life 2: Deathmatch, and Day of Defeat: Source. unfortunately, i was only able to get CSS working for a very short time, like a few plays, i never could get half life 2 to run, and day of defeat lasted the longest but it was terribly glitchy and eventually wouldn't run. i really wish i could get these games to work on my computer cuz they were really fun, but i got no clue why they won't work.
