yeah i've cut my hands pulling snags with braid and even setting the hook (i put my index finger under the level wind), but never flipping. when i flip i hold my rod in my right hand and i hold the bait by the hook shank in my left hand. i don't hold the line above the lure in my left hand because that seems like i'm just asking to get hooked...

i've had success with the Bandit Footloose, and although i haven't caught any fish on them yet (haven't fished them much), rapala DT 01's have a really wide wobble and should do pretty well...

these H2O swimbaits look worth checking out. if i had an academy around, i'd definitley buy one!

my local disk C is 177 GB total space, with 23.0 GB free space. should i try clearing it out?

no marty i haven't. i think i might try that next time. how would i temporarily assemble the bait for painting so that the way the colors fade is consistent on each piece (if that makes sense)?

its an XP and its a few years old. i told my dad i want to save all my music and other important things and do a full system restore on this thing to make it brand new but we haven't really got around to it. the message popped up earlier:

ok my computer has been really slow for a while now and just about every day (sometimes a few times a day) i get a message in the bottom right (by the clock) that pops up and says 'windows is low on virtual memory and has to make more space ' or something to that effect. next time it pops up i'lll pring screen it and post it here. anyway, why is this happening and how do i fix it???

thanks guys the paintjobs are similar, the 2 piece had white undercoat, metallic silver sides, and gloss black back, but this one just has a white undercoat and then i sprayed wrought iron black over the back so it faded down. simple paintjob but i like the way it looks

how big are the washers you use in this game?

been a while i know, but this is a 4" swimbaitbait i built over a month ago and just got around to painting/finishing yesterday. pretty simple design and paintjob but i like it. i'm excited to try it out. i made the joints really close together and epoxy got in there and i had a helluva time clearing that out with the dremel, so inside the joints is pretty nasty looking haha ;D anyway here it is:

thats great man,,,,but this is bass resource, not the IGFA, if you caught a bigger fish by yourself with no witnesses, you still caught it lol, i'd say that's your PB but this one is chunky and a great fish!!! congrats on whichever one you choose to call your PB!
